15I interacted with the store online. They sent me an invoice, I paid it and they shipped my product the same day. Thank you to Jay who assisted me online. Everything was very easy and I expect the product to arrive later this week.
My sunglasses have being repaired for nearly 3 months now. I finally get a tracking number and paid extra for expedited shipping and the package has been in "label printed" for 4 days now
Very nice glasses and service, wish they had sent a more pastel case, the white case was nice but I ma not sure how it will stay white through use.
So sad that such a good brand has such a bad customer service: (i've been loyal to the brand for so long and the customer service people (both here and online/on the phone) are so amateur and rude: (
After years as a VUARNET fan/customer, I ran into a problem with sale item return. Product not what I expected and I wanted to return for a much more expensive, amazing retro Edge 2105 pair. But, email customer service said no return on sale items. I called flagship Vuarnet store in NYC store and they took care of issue, no problem. Note: Very happy VUARNET customer for decades.
Shopping the website was a bit tedious. I was frustrated by the runaround trying to get a few simple questions answered. Once I got through to a person however, they were very helpful considering one of my problems was completely self-inflicted. Otherwise I’d give them five stars.
Great experience. Both sales associates were awesome helping me pick out my sunglasses. My sister worked at Vuarnet back in the late 80s for their sales division in Times Square and I absolutely loved my Skylinx sunglasses. I was so happy to be able to buy a new pair!
Bought sunglasses online. They were bent and company refused to exchange them claiming I had worn them when had not. Awful. I just wanted a replacement pair.
Great service, friendly staff. Didn’t feel any guilt with my purchase just not sure how to explain to the spouse.
The repair process is very straight forward. I have not received my glasses yet, that’s part of the problem. They shipped out Air, they return Ground. They also return to a UPS store 35 min away - yep, not returned to my home. I don’t understand this. It’s not the UPS store I sent them from either.
Looking forward to getting them back next week.
Such an easy experience and fun to shop at the store. The person that helped us was really great and helpful. He even pointed us in the direction of some amazing food!
