Service decent. Atmosphere cool. Food blah. So many neat places to eat in NYC. We are here for only 3 days and disappointed we spent a dinner here. Young crowd.

We had a great experience at this Wagamama location while visiting NY. I wish I could remember our server’s name, he was so friendly and attentive. Beautiful, casual restaurant with delicious food that is reasonably priced. Vegan options. Great walk-in stop while out on the town. Family friendly.

Food was awesome (+5), but it was cold in there (-1). We had to wear our jackets the whole time, which wasn't too cozy.

I absolutely love Wagamama in the UK, so I was keen to try it out during our trip to NYC. Unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations.

Not as many vegan options as I hoped. Settled for the kare burosu ramen, which was lovely and spicy. There wasn't much tofu in it, though. My partner had pork ramen and found it disappointing (small portions of meat).

Service was really friendly, though slow, and I had to ask twice for my smoothie to be brought over. I do like the free water that's topped up whilst you're dining.

In my opinion, the meal wasn't worth the money. Came to $57 (with taxes + tips) for two mains and two smoothies. Had much better food during our trip for half the price. Probably wouldn't visit again.

Familiar from London but better seating in NYC. Did not note any outdoor seating though, but booths inside well distanced

Great place to eat and get drinks! Our waiter was super nice, and the others were all very friendly. Service was quick for dinner and the food/drinks are great. It was nice to have somewhere so close to our hotel for asian food, and we loved the ambience in here. We actually appreciated it wasn't as crowded because we were able to chat more. I don't know why this place is overlooked though - definitely stop by!

Met a couple of friends for dinner here and Wagamama was having a bit of an off night. The items on the menu looked good as did many of the reviews so we were looking forward to trying it out.

Our waitress and the staff were very friendly and accommodating of requests, but the kitchen wasn't having a great day and kept messing up our orders.

It started with appetizers where the tuna came out kind of frozen, the calamari seemed like it was air fried (maybe it was), and our edamame were just the plain salted and not the chili/garlic we ordered. They took care of everything right away and took the tuna off our bill, but the chili edamame were honestly really disappointing as it seemed like they were just the salted version with a few sprinkles of red pepper and no garlic we could find? Not sure what happened there.

We all ended up ordering variations of the ramen and unfortunately one of the bowls was dropped when the server tripped on the way up the stairs, so we had to wait while they quickly fixed another order. In the meantime the two beef brisket ramen were salty, so much so that they evidently adjusted the broth after we mentioned it. My gf switched her duck ramen (probably the best of the bunch) with my friend's wife who couldn't really stomach the beef. The shrimp kimchee (undropped) was kind of disappointing when we finally did get it.

Our server and the staff were awesome during the whole food debacle so I'm giving them 3 stars and wouldn't oppose coming back to give it another try as I really don't think this was typical.

Food is good. It's a bit chainy but the service is also really good. Prob better service than food. Get the duck.

Huge space, nice layout. Easy to make reservations. However, The the service was just not right. As of dine-in restaurants, you serve the water first, but we got the foods before the water. We also ordered 2 different draft beers, waiter brought 2 same beer because they ran out of one of the beer we ordered. Don’t you usually get asked if I wanna order something else? We asked several times for sharing dish. The salad we ordered as appetizer came at the last of our meal. Everything tasted good but I wouldn’t go back because of the service.

Service was extremely slow. Food took more than 30 minutes to come. Highly do not recommend coming here. The ramen was salty and didn't really offer anything new.

Tastes ok even if my bf’s dish came after 30mins of mine. Dirty plates, and I found some plastic hair of their washing brush in my juice. I don’t understand how this was in the transparent glass cup and no one has noticed.

Wagamama is a UK-based Japanese chain that has found its way stateside.

We wanted something light and easy one Saturday night and decided to give it a try. We were 30 minutes early to our reservation but the host graciously seated us anyway. It was bustling when we arrived but it did not take long before our server came to our table and took our orders.

We started with our favorite sake cups with Korean chicken wings and spicy calamari, we thought that both appetizers are flavorful.

I then ordered shirodashi pork ramen; slow-cooked pork belly marinated in bulgogi sauce served on top of noodles in chicken broth with dashi and miso. Topped with season greens, scallions, wakame, Kenna, and half a tea-stained egg while my partner chose chicken Katsu curry served with sticky white rice and a side salad. We found the food delicious enough but both commented that if you specifically wanted to eat a Ramen or Katsu Curry there are undoubtedly better places to find those dishes in the city.

Overall, it was a nice enough dinner.the staff is attentive and our food came in a timely fashion and was freshly made. We will come back to try other dishes on their menu.

Customer service was a 4.5 out of 5 stars.
Food flavor and the texture were 4 out of 5 stars. Yes, it would be good, I would like to go back there to try more things in their
the menu because they do have quite delicious menus!

Pork belly bao is just amazing! We had to order twice coz it was so good. The Asian style wings are spicy, so if you like spicy wings, give it a try. Customer service was on point. 10/10!
