Wako Chicken, Yonkers NY

Food is always great. The staff is always super friendly especially Tay, she is always kind, friendly, and helpful. One day i needed a remake on my sandwich and she went out of her way to personally make it right. She makes this restaurant a 10/10 experience.

I haven't even eaten the food I ordered yet and will still give 1 star. The staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional, they had the small area packed with customers while discussing where their cooks mightve run off too. All this began AFTER our order was placed. The front register staff were turning away customers at the door stating "im not making more chicken for another 30 minutes don't come in" i don't anticipate the food I ordered will be any good if thats the environment that is making it. Making jokes about having to close down because all their cooks "left". If the working staff don't take their own establishment seriously why should the customers? IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD

Love their chicken wings. I ordered here for the first time and did not disappoint. Wings are crunchy and flavorful.

Simple takeout spot for good fried chicken. Good quality meat. Fried to perfection. Sauce variety is great. Would definitely go again. There is a special deal right now so its a good time to try it out. Better than stickys at cross county.

One and done, never going back, I walked in and the staff was arguing with each other. The girl in the front got the previous customers order wrong so the customer had to wait. When I got home, I realized that they forgot my dipping sauces and when I'm eating the wings, I realize it’s not cooked all the way. I emailed them and have yet to hear back from them. If thats how you conduct your business, I don’t see you guys lasting. Zero stars.

A good value for price and hearty meal. We were craving a nice crispy fried chicken sandwich and this place did not disappoint. The chicken in the sandwich was huge and the tenders come in big pieces compare to some national brands that get smaller each year. We got regular Chicken Sandwich and hot version where the hot version lean on sweeter side though still tasty.

Cashier was friendly and service was quick. Took one star off as we realized our take out was missing a dipping sauce when we got home and got pickle in our sandwich despite requesting for no pickle. Overall, this place have potential and look forward to coming back!

The worker is nice but the food was too oily and you could tell the food was refry over just a no more me

Best fried chicken in the neighborhood! The restaurant has a cozy and inviting ambiance, and the service was top-notch, with the staff being attentive and friendly. The fried chicken was a true delight – perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I particularly loved the unique seasoning blend they used. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend trying their New Spicy Chicken Sandwich.

I tried the fried chicken at Wako Chicken and it was amazing! Highly recommended the Golden Crispy Plain favor and the Cheddar cheese favor. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Perfectly seasoned, it had a great balance of flavors. Definitely a must-try for fried chicken lovers!

They basically are really irresponsible they let a random person take my uber eats order with showing an id for confirmation for the name on the order and one of workers that she got a big mouth acting very disrespectful, they definitely need to fire people like that, they affect the business of shop owners

Was excited to try but food was oily and too much fat on chicken worse tender I had and wings do not recommend

Great place, wonderful environment and to top it all off it came with a variety of delicious foods.

The chicken was some of the best I've ever eaten. I loved the sweet and spicy garlic and cheddar prinkles. Would go more often if I lived closer

The entire experience was insane. I ordered 3 chicken fingers and fries. Not only did it take 25 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break it was under cooked and inedible! The entire breading completely came off all the chicken! Not crispy at all! I was so upset I threw it in the trash! I work in that shopping center and I am a manager so I hope whoever is in charge of this place can do something about this location!
