Sonia is amazing, she is attentive and works to do her job as conscientious as possible. Every time i come in she's always working so hard. I have been a customer for over ten years and she has always provided the best service. God bless her soul.

I was in one of the last aisles near the pharmacy and overheard the worker in pharmacy named Michele being very rude to someone, not sure if she was on the phone or talking to someone else but that is not right for an employee to be acting that way at work. On top of that, I have a recurring issue with management there, I believe their names are Tracy and Jeff. They are constantly treating their workers very poorly and always talking badly about customers, and being rude and arguing. Not a friendly environment.would not recommend

If I could give this store a rating of zero I would. Everything in this store is locked up like we’re a bunch of animals. Soap, shampoo, deodorant, hair products, laundry detergent, razors, batteries etc.you need to ring the buzzer and wait for someone to open the container and then they take it to the register. You have to hope that you remember what you picked up once you get to the register. The wait time for assistance is much too long and then there is only 1 key for someone to be able to help you. The prices are also higher than most other places. It is absolutely ridiculous! I refuse to give this store anymore of my money. I will shop and support our local neighborhood pharmacy and smaller stores.

To be honest yes this place does have long lines and waits. But to be fair there's not many cash register employees.and i hear the managers speak to employees horribly and make them fix lost items.stock shelves.do registers etc. Its rumoured that people keep quitting. You guys need to do better.

Bring back Rite-Aid! This branch stocks LESS products than RA and appears to have higher prices! The worst is the reorganized Pharmacy with added service windows which are not manned. The biggest issue in this Walgreens is that the pharmacy here is currently UNDERSTAFFED! At least TWO more staff need to be added - especially during peak hours. The current wait times and additional confusion are unacceptable and would not be tolerated at many other pharmacies.

Walgreens pharmacy used to be so good. Now I’m having problems with them all the time. And just to make it final I was just told that the pharmacy does not take my health plan. Last time I had a problem with the pharmacy they gave me the run around for 3 days only to tell me that they don’t have the meds on hand and they had to be specialty ordered? Over all I’m just Rating the Pharmacy. The rest of the store is not bad.

I walked in at 12: 40 on a Monday and the line for check-out was to the entrance. These seems to be a common problem for Walgreens- overpriced and yet understaffed

When it was a Rite Aid it had a great service, but now that they change to a Walgreens the service is the worst when it comes to prescription.

FYI! This Rite-Aid is being turned into a Walgreens location (ICK!) so expect even higher prices. Gonna swap out my prescriptions to CVS.

The manager Jeff went out of his way to help me. The store did not have the item I was looking for. He helped me find a suitable substitute. He was amazing.

I’m not sure where the employees training relies on whether the store itself or the Walgreens/Rite Aid corporation because as a customer of my neighborhood store I’m very disappointed. Employees are misinformed consequently offer false information to its customer.
I walked in to the store last night at 9: 15pm to pick up a prescription and found the pharmacy closed which I understand. Before leaving the premises I asked one of the employees about the pharmacy hours, he said “7 am to 9pm on weekdays, on weekends they close at 8pm” ok.
This morning I went to the store at 7: 30 am (based on the information I was giving the night before) to pick up a prescription and met the rudest, oddly behaved, unprofessional and unsympathetic pharmacist ever, her name is “Kathy Amore”. I approached the pharmacy counter told her “Good morning” she didn’t even replied to my greeting and went on to YELL (she doesn’t even know how to properly speak to a customer without yelling she has NO MANNERS whatsoever) “we open at 8” I told her “I was told otherwise” she continued yelling “I just got here blah blah blah” like an insane person, instead of simply saying: on behalf of the store we apologize, but they told you the wrong business hours or anything pleasant under a customer service standard, but of course she doesn’t know that.
I was about to walk out of the store without saying anything after being awfully mistreated, however I came back to ask her name and by that minute she offered that “I could wait for 15 minutes and she will help me”, WHY? Because she figured I was going to report her unprofessionalism. I told her I was going to do exactly that, she called the store manager (I presumed) who was of no help either, instead of taking action he just went to say “I was giving the wrong business hours, or I could had heard wrongly when they told me 8am instead of 7am, really?) he said that woman Kathy has been with the company for 19 years. I’m sorry but now I’m concerned my neighborhood pharmacy has a MANIAC (the kind word to describe her because her behavior is alarming) behind its counter dispensing medications to our residents.
Train your employees well with so they can offer valid information to your clients, they can treat clients with basic respect, and hire better professionals to handle our medications. I don’t want this comment/complain to be acknowledged with a simple “Thank you for letting us know, etc, etc, etc) I want this to be elevated to corporation because believe me I will follow up. It’s a shame.

The pharmacy is the worst when I wait on line the man than works there he talks to everyone like there a drug addict. Asking why you are prescribed what you are lo, He insisted that my prescription card was a discount card I can’t wait to never use this pharmacy again

This pharmacy was out of the medication my daughter needed. I asked them to transfer it to another neighborhood pharmacy. I was told it would be done. The other pharmacy processed what they received. When I went to Rite Aid to ask what happened and to pick up the main part of the medication, they told me I didn’t ask for it be transferred. Why in the world would I want to travel to TWO pharmacies? If I ask for the prescription to be transferred, isn’t it understood that it would be all parts? The male pharmacist was adamant about sharing a hypothetical situation- I wanted to discuss what actually occurred. An apology could have prevented this poor review.

Best quick shop spot in the area - the staff is friendly, helpful and way down to Earth no matter what time of day. Shout out to them for their delectable selection of snacks and 4am frozen pizzas.

Two workers here were very nasty. I asked for a shimmers shampoo and she came and helped me but then she said that she rather work in the basement because it was annoying trying to put the products on the shelves and attending customers. She complained about doing two jobs at the same time. A lot of people goes to pharmacies to get prescriptions for depression it could be very sad to treat someone with depression like that. Is a shame

Very convenient location and is open 24/7. I go there on a weekly basis and I never had any bad experiences. Everything I have ever needed in the middle of the night has always been available.

If only there was another pharmacy in the neighborhood with parking. Although the parking lot is always overpacked. Both pharmacy and regular cashiers always have a very long, slow line at all times of day. Be prepared to wait long periods.
