Walgreens, Brooklyn NY

My husband and I came for our Covid vaccinations to this store. The store was incredibly dirty. There was garbage on the floors and it didn't look like the floors ever get washed. The room where we got our vaccinations was cluttered with stuff and was dirty. My husband and I were shocked at the poor condition of the store compared to the Walgreens stores in our area. The 755 Broadway store is in a poorer and immigrant neighborhood, is that the reason for the disregard for appearance and cleanliness of the store? If so, shame on them.

The quality, inventory, customer service and pharmacy reliability has severely declined in recent months. Just about every shelf is locked so you cannot retrieve items yourself but when you ring the customer assistance button no one cares enough to come over and unlock the items for you. So you just stand there forever waiting even during times when it is not busy. Month after month I've had trouble refilling my prescriptions with little to no status updates from the pharmacy. When you attempt to call they either don't answer or put you on hold straight away. Not even a "thank you for calling Walgreens pharmacy please hold". Nothing. The previous pharmacy staff was so much better at their job. I went in today for basic items like birthday cards and gift bags and the shelves were bare. There are many sections that never seem to get restocked including some of the beauty kiosks. Why are they there displaying those brands if they are always empty? I swear each visit to this particular store now leaves me frustrated beyond belief. The whole place screams "I don't care"!

Not the best Walgreens. A pharmacy that closes the prescription area for a lunch break!? Yup, this Walgreens does that. I waited in pain for 45 minutes for my prescription to be filled because the pharmacist was vaccinating. Shame.

My mother wanted to send me some cash through Western Union so I called them to ask if they can accept it today or if it would be a problem since it’s Memorial Day. The man over the phone said “no it’s fine. ” I gave my mother the green light to send and walked right over. I asked a worker for assistance and she said “wait let me ask my manager first.sorry he said not today because there’s no money in the register but you can go talk to him” I walked over to the man *counting a lot of cash* and he ignored me.l said “okay I’ll let you finish counting” then he finally gave me attention in silence not even asking how he may help me I said “I called and asked if it’s okay to come today and use western union and you said he’s but now are saying no” he just looked to the sky in silence and I had to keep talking and then he said “did you already fill out the form”? I said no because the woman told me not to.so he said come back tomorrow. It was just awful because everyone was SO rude.and they told me one thing then went back on their word.

The most unprofessional ghetto Walgreens ever I just got kicked out trying to get somethings and I was in the store before 10: 00PM they closed the register and told me that I can’t pay for my stuff if you don’t like your job quit or fire that person Walgreens they were very rude about the situation it was a guy with breads and brown skin!

A great store to get items in stock, customer service is good. Theres security infront, you can print pictured and has pharmacy like any Walgreens should have. Depending on the day it can be crowded or not but huge store for social distance.

Gwendolyn by far has been the best employee I’ve met at this Walgreens location. I am native to the area and she has given me the best customer experience.

I arrived at location at 8am this morning and the store was closed. Employee where outside with a few customers. When I asked the person who opened the doors why the store was closed. They looked and had no answer for me. I asked a second time and got the same response. Poor management of the situation.

This Walgreens is the best with nice staff and clean place. I see people going In and out 1,000 of Times. They seem very happy due to they are getting what they wanted. I highly recommend to vist this Walgreens.

Very decent Walgreens. Not the greatest area but it’s getting better. The pharmacy staff is very helpful and friendly. Close to the Flushing Avenue M train which is very convenient. Solid prices too.

I received an email saying my photos were ready for collection. At the store the senior Indian/Caribbean guy on duty Vishal told me the photo system was broken and I had to try tomorrow. He was completely unapologetic, couldn’t see that for the customer this made no sense, blamed “corporate”, and made no effort to address my situation. Bad store, bad management, bad company.

Waited more than 15 minutes in the photo area just was ignored by the manager who was working the photo area

This area has always been ghetto. The staff here has always been helpful and cheerful and considering the people they sometimes have to deal with it's amazing they can even get anyone to work there. As for the lines blame that on the customers not just the staff, you have long lines at all the drugstore chains.

Like everyone else has reviewed here, I've had an absolutely awful experience at this Walgreens. The staff is unattentive, rude, and act as if you're at wrong if you ask for assistance with anything. Came for a passport photo and had to wait for the late employee to come back from break. Have they ever heard of covering people on break? DONT COME HERE.

Disgusting staff always rude and mad at everyone as if it's our fault they're miserable a holes getting paid minimum wage. God forgive me but I truly don't understand.if you don't like your job than quit and get a different job!

The pharmacy department was trouble. One day they was closing and didn't want to get my child's medication. So I came back another day and the pharmacist was being a rude as b.h. I tell you never going there again. They are real lazy.

This Walgreens is so under staffed. I have lived in the neighborhood for over a year and have noticed no changes. I've waited in line for over 45 min for prescriptions that are already filled (you can confirm over the phone). HIRE MORE STAFF PLEASE!

Excellent service from the photo guy who helped us print my passport photos and cut them into pieces. Only 42 cents and it looks so good!
