Ya’ll didn’t have to call out my girlfriend for making a simple mistake. One of your employees made my girl feel like sh^t. She didn’t realize she left the fridge door open. She’s pretty sure she left the door closed. But one of your employees came from that direction and literally yelled it so loud that even other customers hear “Yeah the costumer you’re with, left the fridge open. She left the fridge open”. I get it, frustrating but she’s sure she didn’t and even if she did that didn’t give your employee the right to basically shout that out so loud, so that other customers could hear. You could have quietly (and she would of apologized because it wasn’t her Intention) said something instead of embarrassing her

I have been trying to call this pharmacy to find out if they accept my insurance, the phone keeps ringing for about 10 min, then it simply disconnects. I guess I'll have to find another place to fill out my prescriptions!

This location is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered my prints on 10/24. This location is almost 30 mins away from my house and I have traveled there multiple times to no avail. The first time I went there and encountered a rude cashier who was threatening to leave her job and tell off the next customer who talks to her the wrong way. When I asked her who gives me the photos she told me to look at the sign at photo station saying “unavailable. ” She was clearly no help and a hot head so I decided to just leave and handle it another time. I then called the business at a later date to have a cashier say she can’t check if my order is ready because she has a long line and I need to call back. I can’t keep coming here to guess. I then came back two weeks later, the two workers helping me couldn’t find my orders in the bins. So they pull up my orders on the Terminal and they had indeed got it on the system but no one prepped it. So then I ask her if I can come right back in 30 mins or so to pick up the prints after I run an errand. I come back a third time just for another worker to tell me, the machine is broken. He apologized for the other worker telling me to come back. I think that specific machine wasn’t working for at least three weeks and they never wanted to admit it. I give up with even getting the prints here. A place like Walgreens shouldn’t be this dysfunctional. I’ll stick to a location that cares and follows deadlines - Walgreens in eastchester

A great store but the ladies in this store are so rude you can’t no said good morning because they see you as a strange people. I don’t know but always I’m so scared to ask something to this ladies.

Apparently I’m not allowed to charge my phone at the very entrance because it’s against the rules? I’m also not allowed to buy a beer with my passport which has my birthday and my picture because according to them it’s not valid?

Whenever I need to pick up a RX, I am always told there is an issue with my insurance. Then when it magically get resolved, I’m told that they do not have my medication in stock and it has to be ordered. I need to take my medication every day, but I end up missing days because of the delays that some times take 5-7 days. Makes no sense what so ever. When I call to check on the status, the staff is always rude. Do better Walgreens Port Chester.

Horrible customer service.

The so-called "manager" was at the photo section when I went to pick up an order which was completed. She looked in the bins for about 5 seconds, told me she had to use the restroom, then disappeared for 15 minutes. She clearly had to take a monstrous dump, and should've told someone else to assist me.

The cashier then played dumb when I was asking for the elusive manager's name.

When I finally tracked her down, she had just left the restroom in a sweaty disheveled manner, and didn't apologize for the ridiculous wait.

Never coming back here.

The people who work in the pharmacy are the worst, never answer the phones and when my dad goes to pick up his medicine, is never ready. They are very unprofessional and don’t care about their customers.

I haven't been to this location often, but the times I have, the employees are super nice. I work in retail, so when I overheard employees congratulating each other on their hard work, it made me smile! I know first-hand how important a supportive team is to the productivity of a store!
As for the pharmacy, they were great too! I thought I had scheduled a PCR test but turns out, I never got a confirmation email. They helped me get a walk in test anyways, and I appreciated that a ton! It was so hard for me to get a test appointment anywhere in the first place, and I wouldn't have been upset if they said they couldn't take me, since I didn't have the appointment I thought I had. But they found a way to make it work and the woman was so nice about it the whole time! (Even though the sun was glaring and I couldn't hear well, so communication was tough, she was so patient with me!)
Overall, everyone I've met at this location has been really kind. I'll definitely be coming by more often, once I'm sure I'm covid free!

My mom always go in the pharmacy, and today she called to ask about her medicines and to let them know she will get them, and the lady who answered the phone starting saying that they didn’t have the 3 refills that she asked to just 1 (but her doctor and the man who answered the phone yesterday confirmed that they did, I let them know my mom would be picking them today), and everything she said yelling, being very rude with my mom. Plus, asking my mom to stop yelling and my mom wasn’t. Everything is recorded! I feel very bad, because we respect everyone, we just expect the same, especially when it’s about costumer service. The man who answered the phone yesterday explained if you how many more you get, more discount can be applied. We understand that everybody has a bad day, but that isn’t the point. Otherwise everybody could treat everyone like that, because we all have problems. Respect, please staff!

Completely disorganized and its compounded by the worst national customer support and a primitive interactive phone system for ordering prescriptions that hangs up because it gets easily confused. A 20 minute phone wait is typical to speak with someone. No big improvement as they're clueless if pressed to speak about something a little challenging.

Think of this location as a sardine can. Parking is a nightmare and always squeezed full and the employees are like little fishies with their heads missing.

Go elsewhere. This is a shady place where a random guy just forced me to pay him $70 CASH (no receipts obviously) during Covid because I parked there and literally crossed the street to ask a staff member at Ace if they had something. Came back seconds later to pick up a prescription at Walgreens and was literally robbed. This guy made me go get cash at the bank. I will NEVER go back there. Horrible experience. Just horrible

Very slow and inexperienced staff

If they are having people make appointments, lest they can do is be prepared when the first customer shows up 9am in the morning and not have them wait 30mins so they can “set things up” — total disappointment

Staff is absolutely clueless. I know it's not an easy time in the world, but every single person working there operates like it is their first day on the job. Word of advice, do not even bother to order online for pickup. Just go in and make the purchase outright. It took me 20 minutes to actually begin the transaction for one prepaid item.

Terrible parking experience, always full and no where to stand while waiting for a spot to empty. Other than that it's a regular drug store.

Horrible customer service. Eveytime I call to find out about my prescription I have to wait more than 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Today someone picked up three times just to tell me to keep waiting without even letting me speak for a second. If there is a phone I think someone should answer and assist customers and not just say "please hold" and forget about the phone.
