20The pharmacists made sure I had everything I needed for preparing for colonoscopy procedure.
To all the whiners- apply for a job here.maybe you can help instead of whining. One does not become successful that way! You can wait 30+ minutes at the doctor's office, the DMV, or the deli guy at stop&shop to cut your ham, then you can do it here.
Am SICK of this evil entitled whining- hey yall if this place is so wack why keep coming back here? The staff are short handed, overworked, and underpaid.take your scripts to the cvs across the street and do the staff here the favor. "iM gONnA gO To cVs". BOOHOO go right ahead, nobodys begging you to stay.
Whatll yall complain about next, not getting a golden platter for each script they dispense? RIDICULOUS FFS!
So bad. Pharmacy consistently has messed up or failed to prepare rx here, despite automated system saying meds are ready. Be prepared to wait on line multiple times for 20 minutes or longer for the same rx. Good luck if you actually get it. 2 to 3 visits for each medication are required in order for the pharmacy to get it right for basic meds. The automated system will say meds are ready only for you to arrive and they've never been filled. Have a question? Nobody answers the phone. Everyone here shrugs their shoulders and wait times are excessive because they seemingly cannot do things right the first time. If there are any issues with your rx, they will neither call you or your doctors office, simply wait for you to arrive and get angry. Do they hope you just won't show up? No wonder their line is soooo long. Everyone has to come here a minimum 2 visits for each rx.
The sad part is 10 plus years ago this was the best on point pharmacy around. No more. Horrible.
The pharmacy at Walgreens Yonkers clearly does not respect customers time. Don't waste it here.
Try opening their fancy upscale dairy doors with pictures on it showing what’s inside that door. Guaranteed 75% of the items are empty every time.
The only justification for going to this place was that it was 24 hours. With that gone, there is seriously no justification for going to this place unless you live right on top of it. I have never been panhandled more in front of a drug store, and the place gets downright scary sometimes. It feels abandoned and crowded at the same time, like a declining thrift store. Again, if you are within a mile, then sure, but set aside plenty of time for dealing with this staff.
The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Don't bother calling them because they'll tell you one thing and when you get there it's another. When you actually go in both the pharmacist and the person behind the cash register will have no idea what the problem is and to add to it they will lie straight to your face acting like they never saw you before or over heard a previous conversation from the other pharmacist that works there. This place is a joke. Go somewhere else.
I visit this establishment today August 22 around 1 pm I had enfamil coupons for my child formula the manager was so helpful and took the time to help me
The service at this pharmacy is astoundingly bad. For years, my partner has asked me to sign up for Capsule to have my prescriptions delivered and I’ve stubbornly stuck with this Walgreens despite the consistently poor, slow service. Never again. Employees are unprofessional at best. Unless you have time to waste, don’t go here - it will ruin your day.
Their pharmacy is the worst. I have filed a complaint against the very unprofessional pharmacist. Not only was he nasty, he gave me the wrong insulin. It's been a month and Corporate never called me after numerous calls. Today I have been on hold over an hour, yes a hour. This pharmacy has gone down the drain since the new pharmacist Alon was hired
This is likely the worst Walgreens I’ve been to. Parking is a mess and the parking lot has tons of cracks and potholes in it. Lines are always excessively long for no reason and cashiers take forever to complete transactions. They replaced the cooler doors with these screens that intrude on your privacy and show ads, taking forever for you to actually see what’s inside. Go to the CVS across the road instead.
They advertise to be open 24 hours but I came here before 9pm and they said they were closed and was only allowing in costumer that were picking up prescription’s, they should’ve updated their schedule online then, made me make a trip for nothing.
Roughly half the time I walk in here, I walk away empty handed. It amazes me how many times they can't seem to find my prescription, can't find the envelope containing the meds, can't find an answer to a question. If you value your time, go elsewhere.
Work customer service, I can never get anyone on the phone to speak about my prescriptions.
This store has the worst customer service this is the second time I’ve been to this store and always have issues with my online orders including that they never get my online orders correct, they always say online that the items are not in stock and when I go in the store the item is there. Furthermore, the managers are very unprofessional and rude, it’s incredibly sad that I as a customer have to deal with incompetent employees like them and issues regarding my purchased items.the worst walgreens you can go to! The employees treat you with a very bad attitude
Walgreens should set up a system where your prescriptions are automatically forwarded to a nearby store when a given outlet is temporarily closed.
That pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves, made me wait 2 hours to not even have all the medication.
A disaster of a parking lot. More potholes in their entire parking lot than a country that's been bombed. It's a wonder I haven't broken an ankle or my car axle.
I now go to CVS across the street. Smooth parking lot there.
If you ever need a prescription don’t come here. This is the worst location, it’s absurd how as consumers this is considered acceptable practices. My doctor won’t even call in prescriptions to them because they do not respond. So unorganized and under staffed, if you can get someone to pick up a phone, you should be a miracle worker. I’m definitely taking my business to CVS
On hold for 1 hour to speak to the pharmacy about a insurance issue. After waiting on hold for a hour I get a automated message to take a survey with out anyone picking up!
