Been shopping here for many years with family and friends. It's always great going here. Nice selection and neat and clean store. Staff is always helpful and patient. Very comfortable here and find what I'm looking for more often than not. Will keep going there for all my needs.

I prefer going to other Walgreens stores over this one. Each time I go here, I'm usually waiting for an employee (I suspect they are understaffed, but you should at least have one employee at the cashier the whole time.) Also, seems like the items I seek are out of stock there often. Not a terrible place, but expect to wait and expect disappointment if they do not have the item in stock.

Worst place to shop here.waited for 20 minutes for someone to get something for me Noone ever come. And guess what they are doing chatting in front of the register. Now I see why Noone shop here.

8 month took this pharmacy to stabilize process of getting my drugs, they could't find prescriptions my doctors sent, issues with insurance approvals, never had such a poor experience with any pharmacy in the past. Lines in this place are unbelievable long, the other day spent about 40 minutes in drive thru, today drive thru was packed and in pharmacy line were about 20 people. Unfortunately can't move to different pharmacy cause they contracted with my insurance. They don't offer delivery service for my meds and to spend half of the day picking up meds is just ridiculous. And no improvement in sight.

Literally the worst pharmacy department on planet Earth, every time my doctor sends a prescription there it's delayed or they can't figure out the insurance or just complete incompetence and good luck trying to get anybody on the phone. As a matter of fact I could probably become a pharmacist faster than it would take you to call and speak to somebody there

This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. No one answers the phone. You go to the store and the line is always 5-10 deep. Always! Management needs to do their job and manage. What the hell is going on in that store. Unbelievable!

Pharmacy staff: Rude borderline arrogant. Unfriendly and uncompassionate. God forbid it was their mother, father or child that was sick. They probably wouldn't care either. That's how.horrible the experience was. I work as a CSR for utilities and the calls I receive are never once to have a customer say how happy they are, but I would NEVER treat someone like they were beneath me or worse in the medical industry, make a person feel more sick than they already are. My 7 year old flu stricken son even said, "mommy, he wasn't very nice, can we go somewhere else? " Shame on the staff. We all have rough days, but remember, you chose this job and work with the public. From what I read with these reviews, they just don't like their job. Don't take it out on us.

Was on hold with the pharmacy for 50 minutes someone picked up and what sounded like hanging up
I thank called back and was waiting to talk to someone for 1 hour and 45 minutes

The pharmacy staff was excellent dealing with such long lines and trying to give all of us on that line individualized care. There was one particular staff member with a chain named “ace” who went up and beyond to help me out with a prescription my doctor sent me. You don’t have find a lot of people in healthcare that care as much as he showed compassion that day. He also treated the people before me just the same. I’d return to this particular pharmacy for its staff!

Word of advice- when getting a needle in this place, make sure the pharmacy gives you back the correct paperwork. If they can give you someone else's Covid card, how can you be sure they gave you the right vaccine? Because this happened.

The drive thru is a nightmare I waited for an hour with only 3 cars in front of me, ridiculous.go somewhere else they are not worth the business seriously.

I dread every couple of months when I have to go into this Walgreens pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions. It's often a painful experience. Zero customer service. Long lines. It took me thirty minutes to pick up a prescription today, another customer told me they had been waiting 45 minutes to get some kind of a shot. I rather pay more for good customer service and shorter lines. It's not worth the savings for me and I am actually thinking of switching to one of the smaller pharmacies. I hope someone in upper management is paying attention. Though I am fit to be tied by the time it's my turn I do thank whoever was attending to me because I don't think it's entirely there fault.

I've dealt with all the Walgreen Pharmacies on Staten Island and this one is the best. They are polite. If there's any issues with prescriptions they make sure to get it resolved.

Staff isn't friendly. I accidentally got a price wrong and the cashier just kept giving me an attitude. I apologized to her for my mistake but it seemed like she wasn't having a good morning. She just kept making faces and talked in a nasty tone. Needs to work on people skills!

Typical Walgreens, minus the friendly staff. They make you feel as though you’re nagging them when you ask them for help. Not as engaging and friendly as the staff down the block at CVS. They need to work on their people skills

If Walgreens continues to delay our pick-ups their business end is approaching. Feel like they always take me for a joke. I called at 4pm to pickup My meds at 5pm. Then I said, '"let's give them extra hour, Walgreens are not serious" I arrived at 6pm, checked in. Was told my meds aren't ready, and they will be ready in 15 min. OmG I had to wait another hour to get my meds.hopefully Amazon is expending his pharmacy and we will all switch to it. I'm tried of Walgreens. And I'm not accepting any apologies.

They leave you on hold for 40 minutes. Then they pick up and put the phone on the counter in which you are hearing them and the private conversations. Then they throw you back into the phone pool without even trying to help. And they hang up. When you go to the store there are so many people behind the pharmacy counter and no one can answer a phone.

I asked about covid home test kits. A girl gave me info, and I asked for clarification. She said "you're rude" and hung up on me! I guess everyone's stressed these days, but it was totally unwarranted.

The best is the hrs, other than that the staff is whom make this place a disgrace for pharmacy.i had so many issues when it comes to the pharmacy. They use to be the best, now they removed my auto refill, I have to call. And when I do the system does not say it had issues and when I come to pick up my medication 2 days later I'm surprised with the news that it was never ordered. So I patiently have the woman whom had me standing for 20 minutes (with only me being 2nd in line) place the order and tell me to come back in two days.
I come back in two days, now ithere is another news, since I lost my job and now I have cobra, for some reason my profile is not in system and insurance will not take it. AND NO ONE BOTHER TO LET ME KNOW THE DAY BEFORE! So now its Sunday, stupid insurance works only week days, and I need to take my medication. So my two choices is pay the 150 for one pill or go without it and gross my fingers I'm ok. Mind you i paid cobra 1,259 for the month. A simply call from pharmacy would have helped or auto refil on 23rd would have given me plenty of time to figure this out.
No job, no medicine and I'm already over $1,000. Paid for what? I know is mostly insurance fault. But the lack of communication that walgreen gives in a timely matter is disgusting. And what choise do we have? Switch to a pharmacy that is open 9 to 9? Ugh, this is what makes people go crazy and than do stuipid things. I dont understand where is the customer services in all of this.
