The manager, and all the employees there are raggedy, rude and just plain disgusting. They definitely deserve a new manager, and all new staff.
Incompetent and unhelpful from a customer service standpoint. The employee running the FedEx couldn't figure out how to print a shipping label without the help of the manager, who wasn't there at 12: 45 on a Monday. Employee offered me no time frame on when the manager would be returning.
I hate to leave bad reviews, but the hiring manager NEEDS to refresh the employees on dress code, hygiene, customer service etiquette. I could go on. Please hire qualified employees that are actually capable of their jobs, the lack of communication as well as having to tell the same person multiple times what I’m looking for. Maybe they’re not cut out for that position.
