Walgreens, Ridgewood NY

They usually have what I need to get. I also get prescription meds here, not always on timely fashion. They also have a good array of otc meds. The staff are friendly and mostly helpful. I'm glad they're only about 2 short blocks from me.

I thought this place is nice for me to do such as card reload and buy anything, until the cashier gave me her attitude when I reload my Chime, (entitled as Gift card in their system). Here is the picture of the lady who treated me with her attitude on January 17,2024,1: 30 PM Eastern Standard time. How I think she is treated me this way? She just simply used a condescending tone "Where is the money? " right after I told her my reload amount. What the hell, you treated me like a freaking number, unbelievable!

In another pharmacy when customers ask for help they try to help you but here in this Walgreen's go and search.they are lazy they don't want to do their job

Easily the worst drugstore/pharmacy in the area. They will not have what you want and if they do, No they will not come unlock it for you

There’s always something wrong with my pick up orders and then when you call no one answers the phone. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely terrible help & very poor management. I counted 3 cashiers and no one on the floor for any help. The 3 cashiers so slow they had a line with 13 people and could not catch up.

The hours for this store are 7 a m. Unfortunate for me the store still closed at 707am. Yet when it's time to close their right on time.

I came in here one day to reload my cash app card, the woman looks at me and told me that they don't do it at this location despite the app saying otherwise. Turns out that wasn't true, as I tried again at the same location with someone else and they were able to do it. I think the employees here are clueless. And there's always a long line and only one cashier.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. Medicine is never ready, and they always say to call back to check if it is ready and no answer. Then if you ask Lori, the so called pharmacist/manager, screams at me then tells me I should talk with respect. (I called at 650 on 5/3) CVS blows them away. I’ve been playing a game with them for a month. When they say it will be ready and I walk down there and not ready.

The pharmacist is rude, the young nasty lady at the counter at the pharmacy is ride. They do not try to help they treated me like I was a raggedy street rat but jad the nerve tp be extremely polite to everyone who walked in after me as if taunting me and their pathetic excuse for customer service was somehow my fault. DONT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FILLED HERE. MISERABLE NASTY PEOPLE WORKING AT THIS PHARMACY!

Would give zero stars if could. Worst Walgreens pharmacy in New York, the east coast, and likely the western hemisphere

I walked into this store to buy a phone card, one that I usually use to make long distance phone calls. The lady behind the register charged me for the wrong card, then refused to exchange it for the one that I actually asked for. She walked away, and came back with a bored looking young woman - I guess the store manager - who was ridiculously rude to me. I explained that I got charged for the wrong item, and I just wanted to exchange it. She said: “We can’t give you a refund, so NOW YOU’RE STUCK WITH IT! ” I kept saying that I don’t need a refund, I just want the right card. She turned to the lady by the register, and said: “you did nothing wrong”. I’ll never set foot in this store again…

The pharmacist was almost comically rude. Spoke fast, confusing, aggressive comments without purpose, long waits. Was this way with almost every customer. I’ve never seen someone be so rude with an elderly person.

Don’t waste your time.

I got my covid booster here— took a super long time, with lots of people standing around. They told me to call and tell them if I experienced significant side effects so they could document it, and when I finally connected with the pharmacy, I was placed on hold for half an hour and then the line cut.
