I get my prescriptions here and my vaccinations too. Convenient location, friendly, professional staff.

Not a bad store at all, friendly cashiers and enough of what we needed in stock - but a lot of empty shelves in some sections and generally could have been a little better kept up throughout.

Love Walgreens! I get all of my prescriptions there and the vaccines that I would not leave my home without!

Went up there to pick up a prescription and the very unprofessional Amber gave me issues! Her manager tried to make excuses for her behavior but. Please be ready for the attitude! Why do people in service positions hate their jobs so much? Throw the whole store away!

Waited 50 minutes for a Covid booster. We had an appointment and there was no one else getting a shot the entire time we waited. No explanation was given. The patient waiting area was filthy, with visible chunks of mud on the ground, and LOTS of it. That’s the hygiene standard for… a pharmacy? Laughable. The baseboards were gone and the wallpaper was peeling. It felt and looked like a demolition site. Do janitors exist in the Walgreens universe? Even though this is the closest location to me, I’ll be driving further just to avoid returning to this depressing, nasty Walgreens.

I visited the location at 565 Monroe Ave, Rochester, NY in November of 2021. It was disgustingly dirty. The patient waiting area was covered in hair, dirt and grime. It looks as though no one has swept or mopped in months or even longer. Like the chairs have never moved to get beneath them. Gross!

Ever since this switched from Rite Aid to Walgreens this place has become completely terrible. The majority of the staff in the pharmacy are totally incompetent.

They don't have a Doctor's line option for calling Walgreens and that is disappointing. We don't have time to hold in comparison to the general public calling.

Terrible customer service. Said I slurred my language. I did ask Uber CEO to come here to get business law students through boring mundane online courses. But nope no need to get drunk. Enjoy your ftc fine and complaint. Customer profiling is highly illegal. Unless you went to college and obtained an actual degree in psychology or psychiatrist md you should not be having a delusional manager thinking he knows who has motive to steal or not. Told me when I was a college student my pockets looked deep. I could arrange a going out of business sale for you people over there. Watch what you say.

Very expensive for what you get, I prefer Wegmans or Walmart or even the Dollar store instead. Some things where double the price at Walgreens.

The pharmacy here is terrible. I just found out recently that they made a “mistake” and had been giving me the wrong prescription for a while now. How do you make such a big mistake like that? They are careless and lazy. I would not trust this place and wonder how many times they have done this to others. Their negligence could have led to me getting really sick. The pharmacist here are a joke and should be ashamed of themselves.

One of the worst drugstores in the city, especially the pharmacy itself. I don't know why everyone who works here is so rude and unhelpful—they seem downright angry most of the time—but I avoid this location at all costs. The Walgreens on Elmwood is an infinitely more pleasant experience.

Thank u Walgreens for taking the time to take my call and being friendly. I like Walgreens and choose it as my regular pharmacy because they are so easy to switch prescriptions around. They answered my call and a timely mannerand although they didn't have what I needed in stock, they told me where to go to get it. They even provided the phone number. Great customer service and appreciated.
