Walgreens Pharmacy, Ozone Park NY

This short Indian woman decided to yell at me and friend to get out the store just because she thought we would just hangout in the store like she didn’t even let us get to the thing we needed to get to once we got in she already started to yell at us and last time too we came in and she saw us and screamed at us to get out and she cursed at us. DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

This small short Indian manager as soon as I came In the store she started talking to us saying we should go to school and get out because her “Walgreens isn’t a hang out place like what? So racist jst bc we came in doesn’t mean u have to be rude already and yelling at us

Today my wife and I visited to get our flu and latest covid injections. They are a very busy pharmacy. The store is very large though I saw no shopping carts which made my wife carry all the goods we bought after having the shots. The pharmacist Adriana was marvelous in her manner and patience in providing the injections. I complimented her on her light touch and manner. The three other staff were constantly kept busy with the consistant of flood of customer flow. The shelves are well stocked and the bathrooms are clean. I usually go to Jamaica Avenue for my prescription of drugs (such as ("Theophylline) or delayed in getting them ns but the availability of a parking lot is a big draw for me. My current pharmacy is constantly short of medicines and they even transferred one pharmacist out, My CURRENT PHARMACY HAS GREAT personnel but they are overwhelmed by the huge population of Woodhaven but Angela and Anya (who was transferred) are great.

I went to the walgreens earlier today and when i asked for assistance the employee was extremely rude and wouldn’t help me.

The 5 star is for Chrystal.she knows all of those Walgreens policies so well! And such great customer service from her every time! Thank you so much again Chrystal!

TEDDY “the manager” is so rude and he don’t know how to handle a conversation. Bad actitud. And screaming at the customer for no reason. If you don’t like your job, find another one.

I have visited this store as my nearer one has sold out what I was looking for. Nature made vitamin price was higher than other Walmart.

Customer service in Pharmacy area is weak. It has enough parking space, big, and some public transportation like Q9, Q10, and Rockaway Station Subway for A train. There are line in vaccination area. They don't accept all of the insurance available in NYC. Grocery and stationary section is very very good.
