Walgreens Pharmacy, Rome NY

I so disappointed.order some items online and they created label for shipping and after 1 week cancel my order for no reason, no explanation, I lost some discount and coupons that was used - not much money, but it’s a BAD SERVICE. After contact online support they say call the store and ask. Why would I do it? Don’t they know my order? Would give 0. Walgreens sucks.

Terrible, this place can never get anything right or completed in a timely manner. I will be switching ASAP.thought it was my prescriber this entire time and it was these clowns.

The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Constantly having problems getting my blood pressure medication. My doctor says they are terrible to deal with also. I was told by lady on phone from pharmacy that she didn't give a darn. Really nice

Having moved to Rome I changed my pharmacy to Walgreens on Black River BLVD where I have had nothing but problems and issues' every time I went and picked up my as well as my moms prescriptions. The staff seems at best incompetent as well as inefficient and lazy. They seem to always have at least half a dozen people milling about and still the wait times are insane. No one knows anything and I'm happy I have switched my pharmacy back to CVS in Target where at most Ive seen two people, never had a problem and also the staff at CVS in target is fast, efficient and knows what they're doing unlike the staff at Walgreens on Black River BLVD. Also if you have to buy Covid test your better just driving to CVS in target in New Hartford because even that simple task they have an incredibly hard time with. Inefficient, Incompetent and just a pain to deal with. I would recommend anyone else over them.

The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude and unwilling to help.

I try to be pleasant with people who work in customer service. I know that they aren’t always treated well. I understand that hiccups happen and it’s not always the fault of the person in front of me.

Unfortunately, the issues that I’ve experienced at this pharmacy are usually the result of a lack of staff training or knowledge.

Like, not understanding how to enter my insurance information into the system or not knowing how to process an order that has been prepaid through the app. I try to be patient, but the attitude…

Needless to say, I’ll be switching pharmacies.
