Worst Walgreens I’ve ever been too and worst customer service I’ve experienced. The 3 women when I went in were very rude, they ignore you, and don’t really want to help you. I placed a photo order the night before and got the confirmation that it was done that night. I previously worked at Walgreens for many years so I know how the system works and i predicted 1 5x7 print would be done by the next day at least. I went in the next day around 1: 30 pm with my confirmation email. I said I’m here for a photo order pick up, where I waited a couple minutes which was fine. Then another lady with glasses who I think is the manager comes out her office and instead of helping the one employee at the front, she chooses to flirt with a customer that’s in line behind me laughing about how she’s on break still and has 30 minutes but how she’s the boss and how “ everybody in there are bosses”. About 10 minutes I’ve been waiting now and a line forms behind me of 3-4 people: Then another lady calls me over looking down not even at me and points to a male employee next to her, he then whispers to her something is wrong with the system, then she tells me that as if she could care less lol. I don’t know how people can be so mean and rude sheesh. I recommend you don’t go here with your family. I went to the Walgreens next to Jamaica hospital and got my order in less than 5 minutes lol. Think there some racist and prejudice people working at this hillside location. I believe they had my order but just didn’t want to give it and make my life hard. And if both of your 5 x7 printers are down you should open a ticket and have someone come fix one of them at least for your customers.

Worst Walgreens I ever witnessed. I’m trying to get my package that was sent there and the workers are over here being all touchy and yelling at each other like if you don’t stop acting like children and give me my package already tf. The workers are so bad I don’t know why they’re not fired.

Called to speak to pharmacist, on hold 15 mins someone pics up put me back on hold and hangs up the phone within 2 minutes. Literally changing pharmacies as we speak so unprofessional

Terrible experience and customer service. The person who I believe was the manager had so much unnecessary attitude when answering a question we had about a product as if he didn't take 10 minutes to respond to the call button while the cashier just watched us wait. The experience at the register was even worse, the guy working there was so unhelpful and rude, absolutely lacking any sort of manners. It costs 0 cents to be kind to someone. 1 star for this store is far too generous. I'm genuinely baffled by how upsetting the experience was.

No one from the pharmacy ever answers the phone when you call here. To find out anything about your medication, you have to take a trip here, line up, then ask them questions at the counter.
Think of it as a nice trip before the modern luxuries of the telephone, that way it won’t be so bad.

I received an email that my canvas print order was ready.
I went there with my baby waited more than half an hour for someone to help with my order, the cashier at the counter I went to don't even know what a canvas is which is not her fault. She said they didn't teach her anything about it.
She tried to get someone to help after 45 minutes my baby all fussy and crying they say they don't have it.
So why did they send an email that it was ready?
Worst customer service ever.

Their employees don't understand, they don't answer questions, they steal money, they don't count money properly, their behavior is very bad, they don't treat people as human beings, they steal money, I don't know how they work here, they don't deserve to do any work. 3 Coca-Cola 14.99, water 3/1.59=4.77 +tax how come is 40$?

Worst place ever the discriminate like that is no tomorrow i came to get my 2nd dose for the COVID-19 and they guy refused to put it to me because he said to wait 4 months when CDC said only 2 months. NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING IS THE WORST

The old guyanese’s guy that works during overnight who speaks improper english is so disrespectful towards female customers and his coworkers. Every time I come I witness him being very rude. I don’t understand why management still has him working there.

If you need cosmetics, eye drops or anything that can be easily stolen, it's locked behind a key code. The employees usually take ten to twenty minutes to get to you. It's easier to just shop at another Walgreens or another store.

The Guyanese woman at the register needs training in customer service. The store overall is depressing so I can understand why the staff are so incompetent and low energy. Will never go back there again.

All I’m gonna say is the people there are rude. And half of the time they don’t even respond to the call button. This is not how you treat customers. You don’t roll your eyes at customers.but honestly it’s not even the staff’s fault. They’re understaffed

This location call you on the phone itself and identify themselves with a name that's not theirs and when you go to the pharmacy your prescription is never. They are totally unprofessional.

Their stationary section is embarrassing. Very little selection and low quality, off brand items. Half of the journals there are damaged with the back torn off and such. I was looking for a nice journal to write in but couldn't find one and left.

The little old Guyanese or Trini lady at the register in the daytime is surprisingly rude.

The elderly guy who doesn’t know how to speak clear english is very rude, he always has security locking the doors, I witnessed him following people around a few times and heard him get called racist by paying customers. He doesn’t have respect for no one.
