Walgreens Photo reviews
10This is the worst Pharmacy and probably the worst Walgreens. Get ready for a 45 minute trip even if you just need one thing. Also the employees hate it when you need something unlocked. Most of the products are locked. You will find better customer service in an empty field.
Waited in line for 40 mins to pick up a super common prescription. It had been called in over 4 hours prior. Was told to come back in 40 mins or the next day. This pace is worthless.
The worst pharmacy ever. It took 3 days to pick up my medication and one medicine was out of stock. They didn’t inform me till I came by, either update the walgreen app prescription status.the casher lady was not helpful at all to find OTC medicine. Please go to one on 5411 Myrtle if you are in hurry. They are efficient and helpful.
Slowest service I’ve experience. Told it’d be ready in a half hour twice but ended up waiting 4.5 hours. After paying they told me one of my scripts wasn’t in stock and to come back in two days for it.
Staff is super rude. Lady hung up on me and when I called back she said she thought the conversation was finished. But had a different answer to same the question I called. Do not recommend.
I ordered canvas prints and they came out beautifully. The store is immaculate and well stocked. The employees were all very attentive and kind. This is the nicest Walgreens I have ever shopped at.
The pharmacists give completely arbitrary times for how long the meds will take. Told me 30 minutes. Easily been an hour and counting. They're rude, and not helpful at all. There's a reason this place has such a low rating. There's constantly a line for everything and it's extremely inconvenient. Go to the CVS near Myrtle or a small pharmacy
Writing this from the line because I always have so much time to kill. Full of workers, but only the slowest one gets to work the single open register at any given time.
Long wait and definitely no staff was helping with the photo services. Wasted time for nothing.
Always a long wait time in person and even on the phone. Consistently on 45 min plus hold times only for someone to pick up and hang up the phone. Picking up medication routinely takes 45 min or more of waiting on a line. Going to switch pharmacies- terrible customer experience.
