I come here overnight and the people who work the graveyard shift are so nice and helpful. Even the security guard. A+

I always love to go. Everything I need I find. Excellent staff, oh good service. I'm surprised, I lost my cell phone, they searched the entire store for me and gave it back to me. Thank you blessings

I love this location. Never had an issue. My only problem is my late night visits are almost always interrupted with the 3 & 4 crackheads that come in to steal without remorse or regard. Something has got to be done! This is beyond ridiculous now. A lot of other locations in and around the boroughs have closed due to the alarming number of thefts and at this rate, this one would be no different. Last night I got defensive and spoke up for the employees who can't touch them or tell them anything. Even security isn't a detourant, as big as he is. So why not invest in NYPD officers? This situation is so bad, after the first 3 walked in with bags and walked out, a 4th guy came in with another bag, said hi to the guy behind the counter by referring to him as "brother" and proceeded to steal. When I questioned the older employee he said he can only advise him to leave (which he did as the guy said hi brother) but can't do much. He's received backlash over voicing his opinion on how to combat the theft from his own coworkers and that's so ridiculous! Prevention is better than cure! If this high theft rate continues, I am sure this location would be the next to close and then where would paying customers go to buy their late-night items? Smh. MANAGEMENT- let's curb this problem ASAP. I love the location and availability of your store & products and the staff. But I REFUSE to watch this store close too.

The worst customer service experience. The worst service ever I had. They never responded to the customer.

Went for passport photo at noon, employees were dismissive, one was speaking on phone, abnormally passive-aggressive and annoyed he had to end his phone call to assist. So bad even the fedex guy questioned the aggression. Odd and unwelcoming environment….

For me this store has the best customer service all around. I have bee going here for a number of years. The pharmacy staff is great always helping especially Christine and Rebecca. I do hope they will remain there until they choose to leave. These are my reasons gor given them 5 stars.
