Walmart, Hornell NY

The grocery selection is poor, alot of items out of stock. Its worth the drive to shop at wegmans or a different walmart.

It's a nice and clean walmart with ok costumer service. The one thing I do not like is how packed it gets. So if you suffer from anxiety like myself, I suggest you go there in the morning because it's normally pretty easy going. Also very cheap prices. So go on and get what you need. Please remember to wear a mask not only for your own good but for the little lady with a weakened immune system in line next to you or the little baby in the cart who can't think for his/her self.

Crazy, rude, no one moving merchandise forward so that a person of a enrage height could reach it. Empty boxes all over the shelves. Long lines, few staff.

Walmart is a great one stop shop but you spend more time in a check out line than you do shopping and that sucks.
Also, the paper bags are the worse.

For the most part prices are fair. Most of the workers for most part are friendly and I found my silverware that I been looking for.

They need more people at Bill paying day.that poor lady had a line too the double doors that swing that has the alarm on it.

When needing help with a TV. I waited at the counter for several minutes. All while 3 employees and what appeared to be a manager stood around talking with their backs to everyone. When I finally got waited on it was the great debate on who was going to help me. I go to the tv I was thinking about purchasing only to have the employee be rude, roll his eyes and proceeds to tell me false information on what a 2K tv is. So I proceeded to wave him back about his business and apologize for breaking up social hour. If your employees don't want to do their jobs maybe it's time to move on. Hornell has the worst Walmart to shop at. Zero customer appreciation.

Hornell Walmart recently did a reset so all the aisles are facing a different way. It is very hard to navigate thru the aisles now and honestly, it looks quite ugly. Change it back!

Its Walmart, with the usual Walmart stuff. Not sure where the pictures with the fruit and vegetables came from, because Hornell does NOT have any of that. Frozen fruit and vegetables yes fresh no.

Unfriendly, and poor customer service. Waited on the for 30 minutes (at 8: 50am on a Wednesday) just to ask a simple question about a return. Anytime I’ve ever been in the store, very few people have actually cared about helping me out. Hornell Walmart is one of the worst stores that I’ve had bad experiences with, and I’ve been to a lot of different Walmarts across the country. If you hate your job that much, then find a job elsewhere. This is why people choose to shop online. So disappointed!

I usually find what I want, floor associates r helpful, got to very busy check out, ok, cashier not friendly and chewing gum like a cow eats. Disgusting. Otherwise fine.

I have gone into Walmart several times in the last few weeks, and the store has a X number of days until Christmas.and every single time it has been wrong. Yesterday (12/14) it said 15 days left. The week before (12/8) it said 20 days. Don’t bother if it’s always going to be wrong.and I was there mid-morning, not like I was there when the doors opened.

I always enjoy shopping here so many great bargains lm lucky if l get out of there for less than a hundred dollars l wish we had one of these stores here in Wellsville!

Came in with a friend. Tried to buy BO: MW was told since I was in a group I couldn't buy it unless we all had our IDs. I said okay fine. Went and literally dropped my friends off at their house and went back. Tried to buy it again half an hour later. Was told no and that I'm no longer allowed to try and buy games at this Walmart. Piss poor customer service and only time that has every happened to me or enyone I know. Oh and went to game stop right after and bought the game. Wasn't even ID'd.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Things may be cheaper, but your frustrations will grow every minute you are there. Aisles are way too small, hard to find what you’re looking for in the food aisles, not a super center, so you definitely won’t find everything you’re looking for. Go to Wegmans or better yet just order your things online and avoid everyone all of that stress.

Walmart is great. They have absolute everything. It's a one stop shop for everything you need from groceries to clothes and shoes to auto products to pet care, etc etc. If you need it Walmart has it.
