Walmart, Westbury NY

The store looked ransacked, if they were selling any Mother's Day items you couldn't tell. Empty shelves for everyday items, I do not like this location.

Everyone that works at Walmart seems to be rude with zero customer service skills, always giving the impression that they are unwilling to to help. Good thing the prices are good otherwise I wouldn't step foot in Walmart.

Hate coming here. Only come when it’s my final option and even then I dread it. Everything’s a mess and it’s hard to find a staff that wants to help. I do find some people who would want to help but it’s never often.

Great travelled out here, needed new apartment essentials was able to find everything I needed.

Love Walmart very disappointed I know it has gotten busy since thing_opened up there was no bags at all in the entire store not everyone drives and had o where to put my things not the first at this they must do better I asked the environment guy he was passing I asked him for garbage bag rudely reply no every sad how some hard working customers are treated thanks for listening

It was a flipping Zoo! Screaming kids, crying babies with heartless parents who think it's best to let you one or two year old cry till they vomit. Breaks my heart. Any way I won a $30.00 gift card needed a push broom bought everything but that and I'm never going back.

I frequent the store in the late evenings and it is usually pretty crowded. Staff are usually stocking shelves which makes it hard to navigate around the other customers. Walmart is famous for not having enough cashiers and this locationis no different. But parking is easy, its close to tons of stores, and its open late.

Love Walmart prices. Their store service is terrible! The BOPUS department is VERY GOOD. You check in on the app and go right to the back of the store for pickup. You can see your name on the list on the screen when you get there.

Ordered some car tools and said you can pickup after 5pm. When I get to the location, they said not available and have to refund me. Workers were very nice.that's the only start I can give out just for the staff her name was sherina the store manager. Tried every possible way to locate one for me. The website inventory system was really bad!

Bottle recycling bin doesn’t work and no one repairs it. Bathroom flashing button doesn’t work either.

Too big to find something.staff is less & unaware.takes a lot of time to shop around.positive is best priced.nearby. Remain open late hrs

I want to thank the customer rep that helped resolve my problem. The rep has changed my mind on never shopping at Wal-Mart. I had been trying to resolve this issue for the past 13 days and she was the only one that took the time to help me.

Was Marts one of My Favorite Stores to shop At! They have the best sales. I give them Five Stars always!

Poorly upkeept store, floors are dirty, employees are hiding/avoiding customers. Many shelves are empty yet unpacked items are stored at the bottom or top shelves. Many items are misplaced or mislabeled.

Large store but prices are. Higher than in other nearby stores. Their gRden store has few items and no known brands. Ware. Ivecream canned goods more or same as stop and shop and way overcostco and bjs. I would not recommend

The blood pressure machine I was looking for they only sell it on line so had to buy a more expensive one

Pros: nice staff
Cons: it looks like a tornado came through the store and nobody restocked or reorganized anything. A lot of the product was sitting on the wrong shelf and already opened.

I like to go here for low prices but I always leave angry and upset by the overall chaos

Great Walmart! The isles are organized and neat. I wish it had more food options. Like a true bakery or deli.
