18You have to scan your own items bring your own bag's and pack your own items.will not return will go elsewhere
Usually can always find what I need. Shelves could be more organized and staff could be diversified. When looking for a item employees only speak Spanish and could never help.
The greeter almost smashed me with a cart while I was coming into the store. She was drinking a smoothie and had just heaved a cart into the corral, then turned around and grabbed another and flung it towards me as I was walking into the store. Didnt even say sorry. Not a good greeter, just saying. Then at checkout there was a spilled gallon of water in the middle of floor. The workers knew about it but did nothing to guide people around it. I'm thinking cheap prices are not enough to keep me coming back.
Walmart just has everything, everything except expert customer service, especially at these cash registers, but so doesn't everyone right now. At least you can probably find what you're looking for!
Was able to find an item that was out of stock everywhere else & have Tammie the clerk order me more. So very pleased; no other Walmart stores or online are carrying this item!
Not happy with checkout process. Waited over half an hour in line as clerk ran for help t to customer service back and forth too many times Will carefully rethink Wal-Mart vs target
Service inside while shopping was very good,
3 people on the floor kept saying they would send someone to help. No one came. I then went to the service desk and 2 ladies there just gave me
My experience was good yesterday at the Henrietta store, when your looking where to do your layaway it's in the garden and lawn area
The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It was 4pm and nobody had cleaned it since early morning from the check list that is posted on the wall. Also no manager to contact via the bathroom sign I added here.
Customer service is ATROCIOUS! You have to walk over to the fitting room to ask for assistance in jewelry. I'm currently waiting for someone to assist me in jewelry.its been 15 minutes! This isn't the first time that this has happened to me here! It almost as if they DONT want your business!
Stood in line for money gram for 20 minutes and some started taking orders then just walked away with 4 people in line to go to lunch.then a girl does one customer and exact same thing she just walked away.
Very poor customer service from managers. Mishandled food, rotting food thrown in bins along with clothes and toys, broken merchandise, very poor ethics.
Terrible service. Elderly people should not be able to work if they can't do things in a timely matter or understand how the cash register works.
Usually find what I need. Typical Superwalmart, customer service and same level of expectations.
As normal no check out people. If I wanted to come my self out I would stay home and buy on line
Good old reliable Walmart. Not the Ritz but I'm not looking for that. Now that we have a supercenter, it improves our grocery selections in our area.
Clean and neat. People are friendly. The workers will help you find things. In syracuse this is not true.
Like most Wal-Marts, the bathrooms are always dirty and half of the locks are broken. The store sould also have more resisters open during peak hours.
