One of the better super Walmarts around management an associates are very friendly and helpful. Most importantly the Pepsi isles always filled with soda in the toy department is top notch

Just got 5 pound bags of potatoes and just over 3 pounds in each bag. All bags seemed to be of same weight so beware, star rating

How much sense does it make to have your employees wear masks if they’re gonna take them off. I just left after being checked out by this really short woman and I am disgusted. This girl pulled her mask down in front of me, wiped her nose with her hand and pulled her mask back up without using sanitizer. Then proceeded to touch all of my items. She was terribly unfriendly and slow on top of being careless during a pandemic. Do better, Walmart.

Place is filled with the local riffraff. You really get to see the bottom of society when you come here.

Very good but mgmt needs to have mens room maint crew check abd sjgn every hakf hour! 3 times at 3 visits handicap stall was made an unseable mess. And first time at front men's room handicap stall found and turned in to mgmt cocaine chopping blade sitting on top of toilet tissue dispenser.
Needs front end cash register mgmt on site at all times to watch and control problem shoppers. Chargeable newspapers should should be next to checkout cashier counter to pay with customer operated checkouts. Same for Walmart handled shopping bags.
With 4th wave mutated COVID, every other customer operated checkout should be shut down and more cashier registers open for faster customer exit and prevent jammed up long cashier waiting lines. Front end mgmt should help with cashier line reduction and not stand around doing nothing or disappearing. I have 7 years large major grocery chain experience at NE- OH, Wstrn NY and SE FL. The faster the customers can pay and exit store with purchases, the faster and higher volume customer business and open restockage time available saving store operatiing costs!

Massena allowing people in without masks now! One in the store, passed by one walking in and another standing outside waiting to go in! With the spread of this virus, you would think they would be a bit smarter!

I was very please to see that they now have a security guard to make sure costumers entering the store are wearing a mask. They also have aisles marked with the direction to shop.

Nobody enjoys walmart.
Massena Walmart is no different. I usually avoid and this trip reminded me why.

During the pandemic, I used the curbside pick-up extensively. The system really works quite efficiently.

Exceedingly long checkout lines only 4 registers open when each line was backed up 6 customers deep.

Your Man Adam at the self registers is Rude and needs to find another job or take a course in Customer Relations He is and acted like a jerk

Of course I am not always happy about spending money! But it is good to be able to go out and get things!

Very busy in Massena. One open entrance with crowd going in. Typical Walmart as far as what was offered to purchase. Witnessed a maskless Mennonite family of 7.

I was in and out quick. We didn't find any sand to buy for punching bag. But got a couple other items we wanted.

I used to the Potadam Walmart, but this one is fine. Lines were long around dinner time as expected.

I had a difficult time navigating the Wal-Mart app. The app would list items but would not give a location in the store. Some items would indicate a limited quantity but there were no items in stock. Otherwise a quality shipping experience.

Love visiting Walmart USA for the different varieties that we don't have in Canada. Shelves always seem to be empty though: (maybe need to go at a time when government cheques aren't just out.

2 registers open and long lines. I wasn't impressed I refuse to use self check out. Might be time to shop some where different.

Had 3 things no speed line open, lines at checkout were backed up. Had to use self check out. Dont like helping people loose their jobs because of automation.

Four registers open on Saturday at 11: 30 a.m! Really? We were backed up to the jewelry counter and having to to turn to the side to let people go through! Unreal! Shouldn't have to spend 20 minutes in line to cash out when there are 10+ registers!
