Walmart Supercenter, North Tonawanda NY

Great place to get vaccines. The pharmacy staff is friendly and knowledgable. They are efficient and very fast for the volume that they receive. When given a choice, I prefer this store to my doctor office.

1st time at this Walmart. Seems backwards from all others I've been to across this country. Made being in a hurry fun to find 2 items that I needed for hunting.
Very surprised that this Walmart still sells guns and ammo, might come in handy in the future.

Outstanding customer service by Victoria 11/17 in customer service center. I was shopping, didn't see my size, then ordered online, then realized I ordered the wrong size.lol oops. I went in line 2 times trying to figure out how to handle it. Victoria was very patient, efficient and knowledgable. Very happy.

Had everything I needed and more! I would strongly recommend this to my friends
and family.

As usual more so as of late, did not have half of the items I came in to purchase. This has been getting more & more frustrating. Empty shelves for many items I purchase week to week. Not sure if it's a supply/delivery issue or staff/stocking at this particular Walmart in NT. Doesn't seem to matter what day or time I'm in there run into the same problem! Even just pancake mix, frozen items, dairy products etc.

Good, there were some minor issues with returning items using an external payment method though.

Spent about 2 hours shopping anticipating to fill up my cart, but was left feeling very agitated that 80% of everything I needed that were essential was out of stock. I understand the supply chain logistics issues however, Walmart could do a better job making sure inventory availability is updated in the app. Why shop here if you don't have the essentials in stock? Then your only option is to select a completely different brand that ends up not only significantly more expensive, but completely different taste, but receiving less than what you're expecting. This isn't about buying the cheapest item, it's about finding what your need.

A typical walmart but with a staff that is a cut above. Even the janitors are helpful and polite.

Hello still in fabric dept. Waiting for someone to respond to 3 over head pages to cut my fabric. Paging Sandy, Sandy, Sandy. Anyone who is authorized to cut and use the printer. I suspect I will be leaving without the one item I purposely came here to get THE PVC PLASTIC

Although way out of my way i will continue to come here because it better service my needs and the employees are worthy of an a plus. A HUGE difference

I have been a WalMart member for approximately 6 months now. I have used both the delivery and pick-up services. For the past month I have only used the pick-up service due to a long wait time for the delivery service. I get to Walmart between 8 -9am, my chosen scheduled time, and there is no wait. The staff always been friendly, efficient, and takes extra measures to ensure that your groceries make it home safely in their packages. They have been so nice as to tape every berry box for me, without me asking!

The North Tonawanda location is the only location that my family goes to even though there is another location 10 minutes closer. They are amazing!

Never stole a thing in my life from a store but the way they hold u up at the door and act like ur stealing is beyond me. Used to spend 2k a month here on household supplies and necessities but not anymore. Don't like the way i feel when i leave and my receipt is checked like a hawk for no reason especially after ive just spent my last dime.

Grumpy, nasty cashier more interested in conversing with co-worker at next register than taking care of business.
