Walmart Supercenter reviews
16The parking lot is super sketchy, but the store had everything I needed, I checked out quickly, the cashier was very nice and helpful, and the store was cleaner than Target inside (it was Black Friday weekend, FWIW). So the store gets 5 stars, minus one for the parking lot!
Shopping at Walmart is always a decent experience. But the Walmart in Hudson Avenue really needs to get more employees working on the registers. Especially in the holiday season. I would have gave it more stars but that is the biggest drawback is the checkout lines take way too long. It's also one of the few Walmarts in the area, that does not have a self checkout line. But overall a decent experience
Terrible the shelves were empty, the return area well the printer doesn't work to print a mail back address so I to go to a different Walmart out of my way. Seems to me to redo the parking lot but can't fix a instore printer in the return area.
It's a chaotic Walmart. I asked a worker to help me find something and she looked like she wanted to kill me on the spot. I'm not a fan of Walmart. A friend asked me to stop by and check on a product. Walmart isn't always the least expensive but they are consistently rude and detached from their customers.
Very bad service in electronics and waited for a cell phone employee for 45 min before calling for a me.
Go both o us to find our he went home over an hour before his shift ended
Really is overpriced it's hard to get customer service you looking for something in the store if you're handicapped you have to wait for a card for a long. Of time and they're not really transgender friendly
Workers don't have communication skills with english speaking customers I know I'm Spanish myself Walmart I more like the hood
This store was absolutely filthy. We're talking about half a year of grime. The Market Manager, District Manager and GM for this Walmart should all be fired. Something is seriously wrong with the Walmarts in Rochester.both the Marketplace location and this one are, by far, the dirtiest Walmarts that I've ever seen.
Dirty and very disorganized. No self check-out lanes. Hair and makeup as well as products in the electronic and tech section are cordoned off and are in locked shelves.
Went there to purchase a few clothing items but it is very confusing because the different departments are not very well marked and the sizes were really not individually separated by like teens, womens, teens plus and plus size and same for the mens.
Its ok just a lil to much to take in for one store and tben avain tbier arent enough. Cashiers ever working at the hudson walmart
I find myself going here often, sometimes the experience is less than good but this was a really great trip! The cashiers were super friendly, it was clean and i had trouble finding an item and i was met with the most helpful, friendly and nice worker! It made my experience that much better!
I really love walmart, they have everything you will need for your home from food to electronics to furniture at reasonable prices I would always continue to shop here.
As Warts go, this one is average. The did refuse to double my bags up so as I live in a three story walk up, of courser the paper bags ripped! This was manager choice and not a company choice so I'm only deducting two stars.
I normally don't shop at Walmart because I like to support local businesses and I know that there's some debate about how much tax their corporation pays but I got to say oil change Bay is absolutely awesome the people were so nice and helpful and I got in to get my oil changed and out within an hour for well under any other competitors price I can say with certainty that I will be back here to get oil changed once again
Almost 4 stars. Shelves were better stocked than my last visit. Produce was fresh. Pumpkins were reduced to $1! Yay! Thank you, Walmart. Lines were very long, with only 2 cashiers available. I appreciated that the cashier had such a sweet and positive personality. I think her name was Tatiana. The work situation didn’t dampen her smile, even though she was also tasked with training the young man that bagged groceries. He was so concerned about getting everything right, and she had a calming affect on him and those waiting. It had been a long week for me and two young people who genuinely loved working and making customers happy was so refreshing. God bless them. ️
Oh, and they had Fritos Honey BBQ twists. I’ve been unable to find those for a long time, due to the issues with truck deliveries.
