Walmart Supercenter, Cheektowaga NY

I understand theres a labor shortage. But why are there 6 employees standing at one end, 6 at the other end, and 3 in the middle (ALL on their phones!) and not 1 single cashier lane EVER open? And this location was like this prepandemic too. No thank you, ill go somewhere else where i dont have to scan $300 of my own groceries, esp when there arent even paper bags to purchase to PUT my $300 worth of groceries into. We are a family of 6, we go through alot of food every week!

Biden stock lack at 2 stores. Government screws us again worse the high prices squarely fall on gov that doesn't have a clue of how Free enterprise works not gov control

They really need to stop being so prejudiced against black people and that serious bad experience every time I go there and I spend major money

ELECTRONICS CLOSES AT 10PM

Lazy. Lazy. Lazy. I stood in electronics for about 20 minutes and watched about 500 dollars walk out the door cause nobody felt like grabbing the key from customer service and helping a few people. But Walmart doesn’t care us idiots will be back tomorrow to buy whatever it was we wanted.

The manager I approached didn’t even look at me when I asked for help in electronics lol, continued to stare at the floor and mumble that electronics closed at 10.

I thanked her and said I’ll go else where to buy what I wanted.

The idiocy that comes with Walmart is NOT worth the cents you save on products. I don’t really see a reasons to give that dump my money… but what’s it matter to them, I’m just one person.

I know reading can be a challenge for some…. But please look at the photo attached and show me where it says electronics closes at 10. I’m fairly certain I can read and those two ones together that say “11” looks like 11pm to me.

The absolute worst place to shop in WNY. Just a matter of time before something bad happens here. It may already have, I think someone was shot in the parking lot. Don't let your wife or kids shop here. Staff and and managers are clueless when it comes to customer service
You will always find opened merchandise on the shelves. Customers shoplift here like it's legal. Would shop here because it was close to home. No more, I will no longer take the chance of getting harassed by customers or worse, employees.

It's ok, the prices are good but the associates are unfriendly never seen one smile. I can tell they not happy.

The poorest run walmart in western ny. Poorly stocked.poor service.only charge cards Or debit at self checkout sucks no cash.

Tried to curbside order a tv they said 10 was in stock and they canceled my order at the last minute and said it’ll take about 3 days for them to transfer MY money back into my account. Employees are just a bunch of little teenagers who get paid to stand around and do nothing. Always fooling around on their phones. Store could be packed with 1,000 people and only 2 lanes would be open. Worse Walmart ever. Need employees who are willing to work.

Just like any others Walmart superstore if you can't find it here you don't really need it!

It's a Walmart. Beware they start herding you out of the store starting at 10: 15 and they close at 11.

They have lots of different options for food and clothes. It's a nice big store so you have plenty of options.

Nice place to go shopping.
Especially for Menstrual Cups, I wish Walmart had a many different variety of Menstrual Cups though.

What is up with all the rotten fruit and veggies.i get home the middle of my bag of tatores was rotten, strawberries I get to the middle was rotten, kiwi to.its prepackaged.nothing on stock really.walmart in my opinion is going to crash.your workers are not working properly people.they are not chat friendly.who is the manager to all these stores.you should be a ashamed of you lazy self.custermer service was wonderful.i even hugged the poor lady.she took heat from other people.you Walmart drag that type of people in their.i love walmart.i stick to online as much as I can.all your stores are like this.you need a manager with combat boots heavy heart and a cleanup crew.

If ever you need to inquire about a product or services, they are absolutely useless as they do not answer the phone. If you are persistent and patient, you will spend a minimum of 20 minutes to get someone from customer service and then if you need transferred to another department, forget it! Worst location ever!

Just stopped checking to see what Christmas decorations I could add to my collection. They have really nice Christmas decorations. Found some cool new items to add to my Christmas village.

I went on a Saturday evening, the store wasn't very busy. Ask a worker where the Halloween items are, she "throws her arm up to the other side of the store! " Over there! What? A worker slams into my cart, which slams into me, I say exscuse You, No manners, I'm digging in my purse at checkout & a very large man yells at me that I'm in the wrong line. I asked why? It's for cards. I now have to move from a line I've been in for 10 min. Best for last, went into the restroom, two empty opened bottles of soap! Yep! Gross! I'll stick to On-line.

Shelves are getting empty, hopefully they will be stocked up soon, not sure what's going on but it's the same as the other ones

Great place to shop. I will never go to depew walmart again after going here. To many managers in depew that are rude and trash talk other managers as well as other stores. Not in this one this one is great.
