Walmart Supercenter, Webster NY

Stopped in late at night to pick up a few things. The store was not busy at all but a lot of the shelves were kinda low on stock. I guess that's when they do a lot of shelf restocking!

Extremely easy to start the return online, go to Service desk, scan the barcode and the money is refunded to your account. Easy!

Garden center entrance/exit is never open. Huge inconvenience to customers buying only mulch, plants, etc. Until they figure out how to staff and keep the garden center entrance/exit open, I’ll continue to spend my money elsewhere (Sunscape, Lowes, Country Max).

Produce is decent, not much for Gatorade selection is boring- only the basics for flavors, curbside pickup could be a little quicker but the woman that brought it to me was VERY NICE

I give this 2 stars instead of one because I have problems with cashier's checking me out and choosing to have conversations with co workers or on their phone, more than I have cashier's that are good. They also need to get rid of or stop having greeters look at receipts, at least stop with people that go through the lines with cashier's, I would understand if they were just doing it with people using the self checkout. It doesn't make sense when you're being checked out by a cashier.

I believe that this Walmart has a racist hiring team. They don't hire white Caucasian people only black and Spanish people. I had received an email that I was gonna be getting a call for virtual interview and they never contacted me as they stated THEY would. Then I received an email stating they had more qualified candidates even though my experience is daytime stocking and they blew my interview off. I had a few of my white friends with same experience apply to see what they'd say and no joke, they sent them all the same email that they had more qualified candidates. I believe they look applicants up on social media to see there race. Last time I applied last year I specified my race and got that email about them having More qualified candidates. This time I clicked the option where I didn't have to specify my race and that's probably why I made it to the interview stage but I believe they looked me up on social media found out I was a white Caucasian and then decided to blow my interview off and then sent me that email about having more qualified candidates. That hiring team should be looked at and talked to by corporate! Because they're giving off bad vibes and impression. I rarely see any white Caucasians working in there. I guess they only hire out of the city and refuse to hire local from Webster/Penfield. I'm glad WEGMANS is an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER and called me back and are giving me a chance at an interview. I'm definitely boycotting Walmart and will do my shopping at WEGMANS! Shame on you Hiring Team!

Cosmo, who works at night was super helpful and made my organizational dreams come true with the totes he helped me find! Literally the most helpful and friendly employee I've ever interacted with at this Walmart!

Staff this evening was unbelievably awesome. I was shopping with my toddler son who happened to be dressed as spiderman. There were so many sweet employees who were all to happy to welcome "Spiderman" to protect the store. Honestly it was awesome, my son loved the kind attention and was so excited when folks noticed him. There was one employee in particular, Margaret who was working at the self checkout that went above and beyond. She was so sweet to my son and helped me with a few self checkout issues too. Usually I just pass through with little personal interaction with folks, but tonight everyone was so kind I felt really welcomed.

This is my favorite Walmart its clean, they get you in and out & people actually have manners. The garden center here is great also

Parking is easy. The store is clean and simple enough to navigate. Staff are often happy to answer a question. Good selection of products.

Most importantly, they have at least three claw machines.

Absolutely the worst interaction I have ever had at any store in my entire life. The store is run by someone who treated my extremely horrible and stated they wouldn't return my product unopened because of store policy which isn't stated anywhere nor was I told. Stated i could be a scammer which i was taken back to say the least. Had product sealed with never opened and receipt from one day prior. Will never shop their again ever and none of my family or friends will shop there either ever again after I told them what happened.

It's Walmart, you get what you expect. But I must say... This might be the biggest Walmart I have ever been in. Minus one star because the grocery side was absolutely freezing. Thought my wife and daughter would get hypothermia.

The customer service in the electronic section is absolutely horrible, especially the short Spanish girl that couldn’t check for prices or to see if something was in stock. She told me she couldn’t go in the back and check because she was the only one on the floor. She continued to just talk in circles because she clearly didn’t know how to do her job or she was just too lazy to do anything. If you’re going to work somewhere, take pride in your work. Walmart, hire people that actually want to work.

The deli help can be a frustrating. Some act like your bothering them, I was there 2 weeks ago and 3 people were behind the counter ignoring me. When the guy finally waited on me he says, " What do you want, " acting like It was a huge hassle.

I ordered an item online on cyber Monday for $10, then I went to pick it up and the guy who came out to the car told me that the item was unavailable. I knew the item was in the store, so I went in and sure enough, it was there. Their lazy workers just didn’t feel like looking for it. The price of the item is regularly $14.88, so I went to the service desk and told them the story and they would not honor the $10 price. Shaun at the service desk obviously has no customer service skills, and the girl who was initially helping me was so rude. Only at Walmart will you find this. Nice customer service. NOT!

Waited over 45 min for an online pickup order for work. I don’t normally shop at Walmart because each time the experience is nauseating. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and go to Target or buy online at Amazon I have no idea why people still shop at Walmart.

Online pick ups horrible! You stand in front by checkout waiting for the associates to go to the back & get your order instead of waiting in your car & having them bring your orders out. But they do it for groceries? Doesn't make any sense.
