You can walk in with out a mask get what u need/want check out still without a mask and walk out as covid never existed and the staff won't say anything to you

I waited 25 minutes for someone to assist me with a tv only to then have them say oh yeah all we have is 32 inch and the biggest size not sure what that was but seeing I specifically drove the 25 minute drive.from my house for a tv it was beyond frustrating to find out that they were literally sold out of 95% of them. Hows that happen? I understand with the pandemic forcing many to be home more they are selling alot of tvs but that started to happen 1 year ago. Im sorry but whoever is in charge of making sure they have enough product in stock clearly needs to be replaced

Dirty, Staff doesn't care about customers and refuse to help find anything. Even for a walmart this place is BAD!

We have been shopping her for over a year and it's getting worse and worse. The items we use are never in stock and today they told us no cases of water until Thursday. Perhaps they should over more of the items they are constantly out of stock on.

Only found about 50% of what I was looking for; will find the missing items @ Hamburg Walmart. Seems like this store functions @ half-speed; they do EVERYTHING SLOW.

This Walmart is my go-to store The layout is good and prices are reasonable. I can get groceries, my prescriptions, and even an iol chang while I shop and then fill up with gas @ $1.86.9.13 cents a gallon less than the other gas stations.

Too much wasted space in parking lot, not enough cashiers, and the products i wanted are not on the shelves

Been to about 30 Walmart Nationwide great service had one problem with a swimming pool and I brought it to their attention they would not help me but we still go there all the time they screwed me around but we still go there it's a place where the family to shop for good clothes and food

Found all I was looking for. However you should have people n / or automated Kiosks to help customers find things. I spent over 30mins trying to find an item n there was no one around to help
I finally found it. But going back n forth and standing in line at the Customer Service desk is not a good option.

Just went to pick up a site to store order and no one could help me out.wasted my whole lunch break waiting

Verry poor cotomer service they are eliminating there night maintenance and eventually going to eliminate there 3rd shift and close at either 11 pm or midnight

Shelves are usually well stocked, produce is average quality and price. Late at night they normally have the self-checkout open, but an employee is always nearby to assist if needed. Also late at night large sections of the store are roped off for cleaning, which is somewhat inconvenient but necessary to keep the store clean.

No sales associates around to help. But one in frozen named Jeff. And he got me help in infants were there was no one around to help me.

I go to Walmart very often. Customer assistance is excellent! The associates are very knowledgeable and I feel they respect me. Returning items have never been a problem 99%of the time I don't have a receipt. Employment opportunities? I would recommend it to anyone to become part of the team

Great prices and friendly, helpful customer service. I always find what I need at a great price. The food section; fruit, coffee and cereal for example; are usually. 50-$1.00 cheaper compared to grocery stores.

Clean and well stocked. There's a large selection of food and home goods. Super reasonably priced clothes for the whole family. Seasonal is always plentiful. Country Wal-Mart so it has plenty of outdoors, canning, fishing and hunting supplies.

I just go here out of necessity, when I need something quick and don't want to b drive 20 minutes to a different store it's close to home.

As a Walmart goes, it's one of the most cluttered looking Walmarts in the area. I bought some clear plastic from the craft department and all the clerk did was complain about what she had to work with. I helped her measure the material and cut it and still she complained.

Impossible, lack of service.total waist time.shelves not stocked, never ending excuses. Total lack of concern for customer needs.
