Let's address shelf maintenance. The employees work hard and they really do but the labor $$$ for this store is at critical minimum. A key annoyance is missing price tags in entire sets, end caps, and bottom shelves. I am forever checking prices on the app. Thank goodness for the app.

For example, they give more labor to the Clifton Park store 24/7. I notice the employee count who's working at key times.

A great takeaway I love the front end - good crew in 2020/21. They are on top of self checkout game 100% since they shut down registers on evenings.

All in all, the corporation gives low prices and bare bones labor. So glad who they hired are good- my hat's off to their efforts.

25 mins for someone to come to formula someone did and I asked the women why does it take to long for someone to come every time I explain how I am very unhappy she then refused to give it to me

I went in to exchange a Christmas present and I went to the courtesy desk and did not have to wait. They took care of me with fast and friendly services

Store ia fine but constantly under staffed for cashiers, has more employees doing online order collecting than working registers.

I love shopping at Walmart I can get everything in one shot food shopping and grocery shopping at the same time they have everything

Definitely go very early in the morning. You'll have the store virtually to yourself. That's what I like best.

The store is ok BUT - management states that "The employees dont work" - that is why there was stock out on 85w-90 product which the web site.stated was available, but the wasn't. Also stock out on Castrol 5w-20.
Nuff said.

I was super impressed with the team during this crazy holiday season. I just went today, 2 days before Christmas, it was busy, but the entire team actually in good spirits, and the lines were long, but quick. Nice to see enough lanes open for once!

Doesnt matter when you go.the shelves are never stocked. It has been like this for years. Go to price chopper instead.

The employees that work in the Grocery Pickup Dept are so awesome and nice! I had unexpected problems being able to pickup my order & asked if I could pick it up in the morning or at the very latest following day. They were so so nice, helpful and understanding. And the 2 associates that came and brought my bags out were very nice & polite. I definitely recommend this stores grocery pick-up department for sure!

It was the worse Walmart I have ever been too the place was dirty and the cashiers had no idea what they were doing.

Great place to shop for items you need like clothes and also they have food varieties. I suggest going here it is a wonderful place.

The teller and the? Alexis were very kind to listen to my wife's quandary with the change to the Savings Catcher and the Wal*Mart Pay.

I did the grocery pickup. I was very happy with the care of loading my groceries as well as the alternatives on some of the items (since they didnt have certain items stocked in the brand I wanted originally).

It's better to visit now because of the holidays, more employees and some of them actually don't mind doing there job-especially assisting the customers.

Horrible customer service. Place was a terrible mess the employees were incredibly rude and dressed horribly inappropriate

Average older Walmart. They care just enough to keep it open. Pretty much guaranteed that at least a quarter of what you're looking for will be out of stock.

Most bizarre experience. Went for 6 or 7 small items and found they have no hand baskets! Had to push around a cart. Apparently people have been stealing the baskets! And the store refuses to replace them.
