Walmart Supercenter, Amherst NY

It was a pleasure seeing all the people shopping with their Stimulus Payment.
I was impressed how well stock Walmarts was

Not the best atmosphere. Seeing multiple private security vehicles in the parking lot. Parking as it is, is not easily navigatable.

Prices are getting a little high. It is Walmart not Bonton. When Tops is cheaper its high price. Plant dept is disgusting. Hard to believe they do commercials on tv claiming they are great. Looks like they should pay customers to take them home.

Got everything i needed at this walmart today. However, i believe they may be short staffed as there were not enough employees to cover departments. All else was well

It's always really crowded and disorganized. There's seldom enough cashiers so the lines are always really long. The only positive is that they put in new self checkouts which go a little bit faster if you have few enough items. And it's Walmart prices so you'll probably be able to find what you're looking for at a decently cheap price, though sometimes you sacrifice the quality.

I was looking for a specific item and decided to call and see if they had it before wasting a trip. They had it online and it didn't say online only so I wanted to verify. When I called and selected the option to speak with an associate, no one picked up. It rang for two straight minutes (literally) before I gave up and figured they were never going to answer. It wasn't like they picked up and asked to put me on hold. They just didn't answer. I went into the store and they did not have the item. Wasted trip and not super great customer service in my opinion.but kinda par for the course from this location.

Smallest Walmart ever. They don't have a lot unless u order online and pick up in store. Management needs to talk to staff to control their temper. Went to pick up my package and the girl was dragging my package on the floor. Called it to attention and she totally flipped on me lucky I didn't give it a one star but why rate on one person attitude

This time of yr I know its crazy shopping, but my order pick up was actually pretty quick. Great job Sheridan store. The same as always, the customer service line was ridiculous. Only one girl working. There are 5 registers there. Everyone was complaining

Always crowded! You can get everything here! Prices are not expensive. I usually go to Target but Walmart has a lot more choices and cheaper prices. Everything you need is in this place! Flannel shirt are really nice. You can get novelty t shirts here, and many choices. Just be ready for the crowd!

Good Place to go. Relatively clean. Did alot of my Christmas shopping here and found alot of good deals. Place is a bit crowded at time. I do enjoy being able to get my groceries and other shopping done at the same time. Saves me another stop! I would recommend going. However it is not the cleanest walmart of all time!

I was very displeased because I was there to pick up an online purchase however ended up spending $265 on items that were not on my shopping list. My orders formato Meal hot cereal, a $31 purchase was not there. I signed into the kiosk 5 times of which it found no such purchase. I showed the manager of the email of the online purchase and pick up date and store. I have limited physical Mobility, and I had no more physical endurance to wait for yet another manager who was also running around errands for others. I arrived at the store at 20 minutes to 8 a.m, thought I would kill time by doing a little light shopping. It's great that I got other items there but I didn't get what I was there for and it's only fair that Walmart ships those items to my home, as I do not live close to the store at all.respectfully submitted this 6th day of December 2018. Not enough workers went to go to customer service and there was a line a mile long because there was a shirt that ring up for $8 and something cents and the sign said 7 something and the cashier told me sorry sometimes the Walmart on Sheridan Drive is pathetic

I just love this location all the workers are helpful and there store is always organized and easy to navigate through this is the only location I would go to the other ones have nothing on this Walmart location!

I am from Toronto and was visiting this Walmart and had the great pleasure of being helped by Tracey. She went out of her way to search for a product I could not find anywhere in the store and also checked with other staff members. I did eventually get the product. Tracey has a very high level of customer service, was very friendly and extremely helpful. I was very happy with my visit to this Walmart after dealing with such a wonderful person

Enjoyable shopping experience. I was in the store very early, so that made a difference. Pretty well stocked. Only issue, no cashiers. Had to use the self check out, and I had a lot of items. Overall, I was pleased.

I went to this Walmart at 2am, because it's an 24 hour and I dont like the lines. I normally shop on Walden, because it's 5 minutes away as a pose to 15. Anyway I shop and purchase $380 worth of groceries and toiletries for my family of 7, this will be @ 3: 11am when I've finished. I load the car and leave. I get home unload the car and began putting my things where they belong, and realize things are missing. By now it's 4: 10am. I call the store and explain to them that I have left some bags @ register 9 naming a couple things that I remembered off hand. First they told me they didn't see anything, what did I leave. Than went to look again told me yes we do have 2 items, when i was missing 3 bags. So i ask them if they had the rest of my things, I just left there at 3: 11 with Rohonda Marciano being the manager at the top of the receipt. She tells me it's been over 30 minutes, after 30 minutes if the items left are not claimed the bags are emptied into a cart, for reshelfing. I was furious. So I asked her, so you took my bags of paid items and emptied them into a cart, something like lost and found? Never will I shop at Walmart again. You can't steal from anywhere and not pay the price, but you can purchase and not receive, your things and the store tells you, you only had an half hour to realize you left it here or o well. I shop and I have never been told this when I item has been left 30 minutes that is ridiculous.

This has got to be one of the worse Walmarts out there. By the time I found someone for help, he simply said use the app to find out where the product was that I was looking for. One small problem, I already used the app and could not locate the item, hence needing help. The store was also a huge mess, things all over the place, it also seems this way at this particular store.

Clothing sales offer the whole family an opportunity to fill the shopping cart with bargain items at lowest prices parking is always easy and convenient and store employees are friendly and efficient they have lines for fewer items and faster checkout carts will be available

Myself and 20 others have been waiting in the electronics department for over 30 minutes. There is no one working the floor. We've asked for help.over 4x and still waiting. Person finally comes and has an attitude. There's maybe 3 registers open in front. A few weeks ago they ran out of bags. This place is a joke.

Peter that works in electronics is absolutely wonderful, so helpful. In this busy season it was so great to find a employee that goes above and beyond! !

Returns and money services should NOT be together. I wanted to put money on my card and was not waiting in return line. Walmart on Walden has those services separate. This store should do the same!
