13The park has come a long way. You can tell Parks and Rec staff work hard to maintain and keep the park clean. Great for family gatherings/cookouts here (PLEASE SUPPORT THE LOCAL COMMUNITY BY CLEANING AFTER YOURSELF AND KEEPING THE PARK CLEAN FROM GARBAGE AND OTHER DEBRIS). The pathways are currently in the process of being repaired/ repaved and new trees has been planted. There are 2 playground areas, 1 hand court, and a circle area the locals use as a track to run around.
I could be a beautiful park if the police actually stood in the park but this park is infested with ilegal drug activity please clean it up!
This park's supervisor, Abismael Rivera, continuously fails to stay on top of the needs of this park. Gladwin Park (formerly known as “Tremont Park” until November 2020) is never groomed properly, with frequent periods of broken glass everywhere, inconsistent care of the baseball field, weak lighting compared to most other NYC park's.
If Mr. Rivera is unable to stay on top of things, he should retire early! If you don't care about the parks you supervise, imagine how your own support staff sees you.
Whenever you mention Rivera’s name to a NYC Parks employee, they completely discredit him. #LeadByExample #RepresentYourPeople
The park department should be ashamed. This park is fifty and nowhere any kids should play. Please clean daily to allow the parks true beauty to show.
There's no Park workers to clean up the mess that people leave on the weekend on during the day when they having a good time no one come around with garbage bags the park just dirty
Tremont park is a nice relaxing park with a decent amount of activities to do and is very convenient to travel to the parks are well maintained and quiet for being so close to traffic. There's a lot of walking paths and a nice softball field and it's relatively easy to bike through and around as walkways are wide.
Plenty of place to have a party only problem the bathroom had no toilet paper one toilet and was dirty and it closes to early
It's a nice park, nice playgrounds and you can bbq & have picnic. You just gotta watch your child because it gets crowded sometimes and it can get chaotic
Nice community park, don't judge a book by its cover, it looks a little sketchy, but once inside I felt safe and comfortable.
I've walked through here a few times and I'm in awe of how beautiful and well kept this park is.
Absolutely Wonderful my kids had ball so this is our new park they have a water play area to, good for extremely hot days
This park is absolutely beautiful! I'm a Bronxite! Born and raised! And I've never been to this park before. It was filled with friendly faces. Positive vibes! And on this 90 degree day it was pretty warm due to the trees casting lots of shade and the nice gentle breeze. I recommend this park for picnics and bbqs hands down! There are lots of green open space!
It was relaxing I enjoyed to Emma park it has a nice Pond they can sit next to it and I'm a twin on Pokemon go so nice place good service Wi-Fi
