Prices that can't be beat, and helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I went in for an eye exam appointment and was seen promptly and without fuss. Trying out and buying my glasses was hassle-free.

I'm used to other glasses stores' overbearing, pushy sales staff using aggressive tactics to try to push $1000 designer frames - this was an extremely pleasant change of pace.

I bought 3 pair of glasses, and will happily go back for more, as well as contact lenses.

I’ve visited a couple of Warby Parker locations and the staff here were so friendly and helpful! I went on a busy Saturday, but I was immediately greeted and helped out. The glasses I got weren’t super comfortable, they adjusted them for me and extended my 30 day return policy to make sure I love my glasses, if not I can exchange/refund with no hassle. Good selection of styles.

I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency and professionalism of all the employees. My exam went exceptionally well. Dr. H was great. I also was assisted in purchasing eyewear that actually suited me. The prices are also fantastic. Thanks Tom F.

Dr Lou Kushner is extremely rude. I felt a lot of islamophobia from his part, and very belittling.

Simple, transparent and great quality. I called and placed an order over the phone, only took 4 minutes to get a brand new pair of glasses.

Glasses didn’t fit and I couldn’t see out of them they were so poorly mapped; also the frame selection was limited and unattractive. On the plus side the refund was quick with no question asks but I am still left not being able to see and I have no glasses.

Had such an awesome experience here thanks to Destiny! So patient, informative, and kind. I left feeling really confident about my purchase and can't wait to receive my new frames.

Definitely getting a second opinion after my visit here. I'd had a great experience at this Warby Parker so decided to return. Unfortunately this time my visit was a mess. The optometrist made (wrong) assumptions throughout the visit while constantly expressing his awe at how myopic I was. He insisted on blaming my age for how terrible my eyesight was. He gave me the wrong prescription contacts to try on because he insisted my vision was terrible. Very unprofessional. I will definitely go elsewhere where I can receive a knowledgeable, professional eye exam.

I felt comfortable trying on glasses. They're keeping their shop at low capacity and seem to have a very efficient way of cleaning the glasses as people try them on. If you can, ask for representative Fanta - she was absolutely great in helping me make my decisions and was very informative, patient, and friendly. I live in Brooklyn, but will travel all the way back to this location just to be helped by her!

Everytime I go to this location they have been nothing but friendly and helpful. If u have a question, they answer it to the best of their abilities and always with a smile.

Great service. Organized, thoughtful, and very attentive. Good price for some good frames.

The reason I took off one star was because when my glasses arrived they were the wrong frames and lenses when the invoice said my correct order.

Just got my 4th pair from Warby Parker. The shopping experience is the best part - very simple with all frames displayed nicely to try on at your leisure. The Lexington Ave store did a really good job of trying to keep everything clean and safe. My order got delayed in shipping but it's to be expected during COVID times and they did have warnings on their website. Still my go-to place to get new glasses. I'm planning to get a contact lens exam as well since I just broke up with my optician of 10+ years. They hadn't been treating me very nicely over the recent years: - (

I have been a faithful Warby Parker customer since 2014 and as long as WP’s quality and customer service continue to impress the way they do, I will never turn to any other eye glass company! I stumbled upon WP as a nursing school student in Tampa Florida, from the moment I saw their beautiful frames and elevated style I was blown away and thought they would be well above my humble college student budget.to my shock they were 2 - 4 x cheaper than the average out of pocket prescription frames! I was paying $300-400 for prescription eye glass frames, from your typical, run of the mill eye glass store! Compared to WP I was frankly overpaying for cheap garbage!

Since I got my first pair of WP’s I have sung their praises, turned many of my friend’s and even random passerby’s who stopped me to ask “where did you get those frames!? I love them! ” to WP!

I have been to many Warby Parker stores, in Tampa Florida and all throughout Manhattan, NY. This location is by far THE ABSOLUTE BEST! The staff at this location is so friendly and
accommodating!

They saved the day today! This evening, at 5: 30 On my way to take my dog on a walk, somehow managed to bend my glasses and the frames broke. I rushed to this location and with 15 minutes to spare before closing, the staff welcomed me and gladly swapped my lenses out for brand new frames, free of charge! I am so thankful and grateful! Without them I would not have been able to work tomorrow and I am a nurse and as you all know definitely need to show up to work!

I put off getting glasses for too long. Dr. Ken was great as well as the staff that helped me pick my glasses.

I came here to get my new pair of glasses and they were sent to my house unfortunately they were too tight so I came again and Angelica, one of the opticians, was so nice I really appreciate her attention and my glasses fits me perfect! Thank you for your attention.
