The staff at Warby Parker at Rock center are amazing. Everything was on point and on-time. Dr. Patel was absolutely terrific.
Great product and even better service!

I stopped by last week just to look for frames and contacts that I can choose from for the future. The store was clean and bright with large selection to choose from. The personnels in the store was knowledgable and friendly especially Shirly who took the time to explain all the different options available and gave me some of her recommendations. Would def come back next time when I need to get contacts or some sunglasses for the summer.

Beatrice was a great help, she took care of the screw on my Tom Ford, I had tried it in other stores and this was the only one that had it, thanks again for the help and excellent service!

The Warby Parker Rockefeller Center/Times Square (ish) location is wonderful. Large, bright, incredible variety of glasses of all designs and types on display. The staff all around are happy, friendly and there to help you. I have never seen a single person working with a dissatisfied look or manner when helping me. Highly recommend - wether it be to browse, ask the knowledgeable staff what type or form of eyewear best suits your face. Which, I have to admit was a blessing in disguise when Deseray told me you always want your eyes to be centered in any pair of eyewear. That’s critical and then you move on to round, rectangular etc… dependent on if you have a slimmer face or rounded. So much I learned. High praise and acknowledgment for the outstanding work they do and seamless process to order or checkout. Highly recommend

Dr Song was very professional and attentive. She took her time to and evaluated me for my new prescription. The opticians are very friendly and took their time with me when it was time to adjust to my new glasses. Never felt rushed and my wait time was appropriate. Will be back to this location.

Absolutely trash of a place went in to get my glasses lens repaired and dropped them off when I came back later in the day to check another pair some rude b told me she lost them and they won't be able to help that I need to order a new pair completely unprofessional and extremely disappointed as this was the closest and my go to. Will not be returning.

I visited Warby Parker three times after reviewing their excellent online site. The staff was always very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient (assisting me with the large selections).

Every employee was professional and helpful. Dr. Huang was excellent. She explained some issues I had very clearly and gave me helpful advise. Although it was a short appointment I did not feel hurried. Staff was very helpful when I was looking for a new pair of glasses, too. I would return and recommend to others. I am seeing more clearly than I have in many years.

Excellent staff, knowledgeable, efficient, suggestive of additional choices from my initial selections.best of all shopping was fun.

After a decade of struggling with other service providers giving glasses that were too strong or not right, they finally got it right and also made an appropriate referral for further treatment. This was the first place that realized that my condition required me to gradually build my prescription instead of going all the way. (I waited a month before writing this review because I thought the prescription would not work out but it is still going strong!)
Shout out to Dr. Reena Patro (seriously), she listened and explained the issue then checked for understanding without being patronizing.

Nothing wrong with this store the problem is the quality of the glasses, 40 days after purchase my glasses is all scratched up, even if I chose the anti-scratch feature, $350 glasses, new but useless, vey disappointed.

Preface: I did not purchase anything from here but instead asked for help. We popped in to this location where Frankie greeted us and listened to our crazy ask. My friends contacts were blurry and bothering her, we were on a time crunch because we had a show to get to and didn’t have time to try and find another. We asked if they had any solution. Frankie immediately went to the back and grabbed contact solution and a case to help my friend clean her lenses. The fact that I’ve actually bought and paid for products at other stores and didn’t experience this type of customer service, says a lot about Frankie at Warby Parker.

I checked out the frames I wanted online but preferred to try them on in store and I’m so glad I did. I picked a completely different frame.

Friendly staff. The optician adjusted my new glasses in no time, so I could get on with my day!

Some of the sales people were there to help, and some were not there to serve the customers (so -1 star). The optomistrist measured my progressive lenses accurately, great job. I received the glasses in 6 days (mailed to me), with no lens adjustment necessary. Win!

I have just gotten a pair of glasses from the main office in the beginning of July, but today I noticed a tiny scratch dead center of my left lense. I stopped by the Rockefeller location to see if I could resolve the issue. It was relatively busy when I came in, but was helped right away. I spoke with Taffy, and within 5 minutes of speaking I am having a whole new pair of glasses being made because she observed I couldn’t have scratched my lenses the way it had been and they were barely a month old. She was very knowledgeable and super quick! I am constantly surprised by how outstanding the service is at all the locations I have visited! I will come only to WP for glasses from now on!
