Ward's Science, West Henrietta NY

Ward's is a vendor I prefer not to use anymore. I am a purchaser for my school and I have had a problem every single time I use them for the past 4 years. It's time to give up. The freight fees change and have actually doubled AFTER the purchase order has been issued and partial shipments made. Then they send overdue payment notices when the product has not yet been received. I know supply chains are having a hard time, but if you have something on back order and haven't shipped it yet, how can you continue to send late notices, even after I have called you. The billing dept is outsourced and apparently working from home as they will hang up before you can get your billing issue out of your mouth, then when you call back and the same person answers, they say they are not the billing dept. I call Ward's cust service and they give me the exact same ph number again. Uuuugh, all done now.
