This salon is considered a luxury stylist. However, the problem I had was one of attitude. The man who was scheduled to cut my hair made me wait an extraordinarily long time. I walked out. The manicurists were very nice and did an excellent job. The Warren Tricomi on Madison was much nicer and their prices were lower.

I have been visiting this location for years. Professional and very knowledgeable about hair. I have difficult hair to color and they have not steered me wrong ever.

This is a beautiful salon and the skills of the amazing Lazaro Lambertucci are unrivaled! I consider him a hair artist who transformed my look from tired to current and chic. He is also a lovely person as are his colleagues at this destination salon.

I showed the stylist several times the length I wanted my hair cut to. She cut about 2.5-3 inches beyond that, leaving it significantly shorter than I asked for. She completely disregarded what I asked for and left me with a terrible cut that will take months to grow out. Absolutely not worth the price.

I got the best haircut in my entire life and had a wonderful time planning / discussing it with Nate! Nate and her work are so amazing, can't thank her and WT enough!

Horrible, I literally have purple hair with I asked for chestnut.the stylist also got hair dye in my eye and did not let me wash it out because he was washing my hair. I explained that it was causing a chemical burn and he did not care. Do not get you hair done here. My blow dry was also bad, I could do a better job myself and Claudio just ignored me when I told him how I would like him

I have been going here for brow shaping and nail care for over 10 years. Didi is the most talented technician. She is gently, thorough, warm, funny and all around an amazing person. My podiatrist endorsed her after seeing my feet! And she fixed my brows after years of them not growing back properly! I love her and will never go anywhere else.

WT is wonderful! Cyd (colorist) is super talented and with just one look a she knows just what to do! For styling Sara is your person! She’s also a master at hair-extensions!

Betty my colorist and Kazue my stylist are both true artists and understand what is going to make you look beautiful!
