4 I have no complaint with the office I spoke with. He was very kind to me. However, the woman who answers the phone was unpleasant. You know, people usually are calling to speak with the police because of something traumatic, and to be met right away with such disregard and hostility is unprofessional and just rude. Maybe, just maybe, try to be a bit empathic.

I called to see if the dept. Had a place for Craigslist exchanges or letgo exchanges. I was met with distain from a woman on the phone who replied "no, no, no, no" and cut me short. People skills aren't difficult. Don't be rude. It's Wednesday for everyone else too.
