Love the way they run this place. Food is fantastic and all the employees serve all the tables so you're never waiting for anything it seems (minus the little bit of time they need to make your rolls since that much deliciousness takes a minute to roll together, even by the experts)

Do you like sushi? Do you like fast? Do you like all you can eat? Well.have I got the place for you. Fantastic sushi, a bar, nice staff, and the menu is nicely extensive for all you can eat. We went mid day, and for $18/each, we had a fantastic lunch complete with hot appetizers. If you're in Saratoga Springs check it out!

The atmosphere was nice and there was plenty of room. I wasn't a fan of the food as I felt it was lacking flavor. I personally would not visit again. Service was ok.no one came to ever take mine or my husband's drink order, we had just the waters that we on the table. Certainly not the end of the world but it was just everything added up. We also we never given a menu, we had to get up and walk to their cash register area to grab one. Once the food came out it was very unorganized as we had 4 couples. They were pleasant enough just not my favorite place unfortunately and therefore had to leave an honest review.

You really can't beat this place. Is it the greatest sushi in the world? I don't think so. What it is is the best thing for your buck. For two people to go for dinner it's going to cost you about $65. You can eat as much as you want. They have a huge selection of rolls, appetizers, fried rice.if it's your birthday you eat free, which is always a nice perk. I've been to both locations and have always had a great meal.

Staff is excellent, food is delicious, and the atmosphere is great! I was beyond happy and will be returning! Everyone I spoke to didn't know japanese, I had wished to have a bit of speaking practice but I'd never allow that to affect a score. I'm excited to return!

What a surprise! I was a bit hesitant as I have not really had sushi before. Well this is the place to go. Everything I had was so fresh and beautifully constructed. The flavors were lovely and made your mouth happy. The staff is attentive and making sure you are well taken care of. A wonderful place. Will definitately go back.

I have been going to Wasabi in Saratoga since it opened a few years back. While I tend to do mostly pick-up orders nowadays, the in-restaurant experience for this place has always been stellar. Service is great and food arrives faster than any restaurant I have ever been to. I've never had a bad meal here.

I always leave the restaurant so full I think I might die, and end up doing it all over again every subsequent visit - I never learn!

My only negative, and it's more of a personal one - is that this place does not touch tofu. I would really love for some tofu dishes to make an appearance as that's the only element missing for me.

Excellent sushi. I called for takeout and got a nice young man, ordered, walked from my hotel, was greeted friendly and handed my order on time. Pricing was decent compared to my regular NYC experiences. #HappyCustomer

These guys are awesome! Waitress was able to easily tell me what does and doesn't have seafood in it because I can't eat fish. I was able to win a AYCE certificate for next time! These guys are awesome and the food is amazing! 100% would recommend! Will be back for more!

Go for the lunch all you can eat for a deal! Still worth the dinner price though. Very good.

The all you can eat sushi is a win-lose, 25+ dollars and if you don’t order an ungodly amount of rolls, it really doesn’t feel like it paid off because you feel rushed to eat/finish eating because of the 3 piece policy. I think this makes me and many others uncomfortable. With that said, the food is very good and I do keep coming back for the food. Service is pretty good as well

We absolutely LOVED this place! The wait staff was friendly and helpful, the sushi was superb and you get A LOT OF SUSHI for the price!
10 out of 10! We are definitely returning!

The lady doing check-ins was very cute and friendly and had a wonderful smile to greet customers. The person at the bar looked stressed and overworked. Drinks are a bit expensive compared to similar joints I've been to and end up being mostly ice anyway. Small selection of beers, but still a few good ones. The gyoza was good. Sushi was kind of mediocre with taste and texture, but I guess you get what you pay for at a buffet. This seems like a decent place to go with friends once, but not really a place to return to.

Despite my personal experience, it is a very popular destination and you should expect long waits for dinner time during the warmer seasons.

Yeah, it was good enough.
We were made to wait for a while even though we had a reservation. It smelled like stale beer by our table. We asked for junmai sake and they gave us the 35 per bottle stuff like we were supposed to know it wasn't the 15 dollar per bottle sake that we thought asked for. Some of the food was amazing but some of it wasn't.
Otherwise it was a good experience. Most of the people were friendly and service was quick. I doubt I'll go back though. My Fuji in Amsterdam is definitely better (and closer to my house).

Sushi was fresh and outstanding. Loved the Mango roll. Attentive service and very friendly staff. Excellent spot to spend some time and have a meal.
The price is decent for all you can eat. With kids it adds up so beware of that and ask if you can order a la carte for them.

The food is always good, comes out hot and for the most part, quick. We enjoyed their new outdoor patio cover today which allows all diners to enjoy eating outside regardless of the weather.
