I needed an emergency visit and Dr. Gerts was very helpful and got me feeling pain-free quickly! The root canal was done quickly and the filling is super neat. The office is relaxing, the staff are very professional and friendly!

I enjoyed my experience there today. It seemed as though everyone I talked to was respectful and courteous. The nurses especially had excellent relatable personalities, so it was easy to talk to them. They did excellent work with the cleaning and we were all done pretty fast

So deeply unimpressed. Arrived and found out I would *only* be seeing the hygenist for my checkup/cleaning, the dentist had left for the day. I have never gotten a regular cleaning without seeing the dentist at the end of it, especially as a first-time patient. Now have been waiting over 30 minutes to even see the hygienist at all and am still waiting. The receptionist also has her earbuds in and seemed annoyed when she had to take them out to check me in for my appointment and when I asked her how much longer I’d have to wait (which she didn’t have an answer for)

So thrilled i tried zoom whitening. The procedure was straightforward and now I can smile with confidence again.

This dentist office has to be one of the worst and most unprofessional places I’ve ever dealt with. Ive been waiting two months for the appointment and they have rescheduled me 3 times and I haven’t even set foot in their office. Their front desk is rude and condescending. Don’t waste your time trying to reschedule with them either because they won’t offer you any help with that either. This place is a joke of an establishment.

I asked about 1 1/2 month ago if this office took my insurance. The receptionist took all of my information and never got back to me. I think they are prejudice and do not like to service Black Americans.
