I have been using their pickup and delivery service for a number of years and their service it impressive. Never lost an article of clothing, turn over is quick, usually within a 24-48 hrs. Cloths come home clean and folded. The gentleman who does the P&D is fantastic. Once on the day and order was to be returned, unbeknownst to me, the elevator was out of service; he brought two heavy laundry bags up 6 flights to my apartment by stairs! WAY beyond the call of duty. Had I know it was out, I would have waited before I asked for a return delivery.

They are rude! Watch the owner respond to my comment with rudeness. They will prove it for me. The wonderful latina women that work there are nice poeple but the owners and that gray haired woman.very rude. Might be a cultural thing.still dont like that though. Like I said before, watch the rude response I get from this critique lol

The prices are crazy, however, a clean place to wash your clothes! The workers are professional and very helpful.

Been going to this laundromat for years. Everything is always clean and very professional. Only had an issue once with a washer but I was helped with the issue very quickly and was pleased with the service provided, this laundromat is great and I will continue to come here.

Floor is disgusting and never gets swept. Some machines smell like mold. Unfortunately not a lot of options in the neighborhood…

Clean laundry place, yet the only thing that is a really a problem is that the machines are not equally in time. Ive used machine #19 putting my clothes for 29 yet if i use other for the same price im getting only 23 minutes of wash. This is so frustrating to see that they are not being fair for the prices they expect for one to pay.

I just started using them, out of necessary, and have been amazed how wonderful their product & service are speculative.

I was a nervous wreck using an outside service because of all the horror stories you, but they are as close to me doing the laundry by myself.

Wash it’s drivers are really nice and friendly, they communicate extremely well and usually come early, which I love. Five stars for Washit.

They have changed their prices twice in less than a year. Yes, understand about inflation and the rise in prices everywhere, but $8.00 is the charge now for the big machine. And a few months ago there was no option for hot water. Not sure if hot water is now available but I won't risk using hot water since I was "scolded" by a worker as if I knew beforehand that using the hot water wasn't an option.

Been using Washit’s drop off service for over a year now and I’ve never had a bad experience! They always wash everything quickly and have a great system of communication in place. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
