The best car wash on Long Island I hope and soon they will open service in Freeport and Hempstead

Be careful. They'll change your subscription without you knowing and bill you for more than you should be paying on a monthly basis, then give you no recourse to get your funds back. Cancelled my membership and won't be returning.

Car wash is ok, but don't get the membership. I canceled and every morning they debit my card still trying to take my money

Erratic hours. Guy told me he was closed despite not blocking entrance ways. Definitely don’t listen to their online hours. Not reliable service provided. I’ll go somewhere else that I can predict when they will be open.

-Poor job drying cars after the wash. Usually left with a lot of water spots, esp the mirrors.
-not the best in getting spots on windshield from bugs/bird poop
-if you go more than once a month the monthly is worth is

I was disappointed. It was all well & good I got the 3 month package for $21.71 a month. Well after my first month I got charged twice the following month. They didn’t input my information properly & I had to give my card again, show them my receipt to prove I bought the package, was assured I wouldn’t get charged again. And I sure did. This was all because the girl who originally took my information didn’t give ME the right info, my sticker wasn’t working. It all turned out to be super inconvenient. I’m now trying to cancel my membership and the phones are not being answered & the website is “down”. So I’ll drive over AGAIN to clean up their mess. Very unprofessional!

Over priced and doesn't even clean the car good.they wipe your car for no reason because the machine doesn't dry your car well.don't recommend

Every great business ideas usually fail because of poor customer service. So it will eventually lead to its downfall. It might be a cheap deal for you, but your car suffers IRREVERSIBLE DAMAGE. Their employees dry your car with WET TOWELS which leads to damage to the paint of your car.
When I went to the counter, they were very happy to cancel my membership which I had since this car wash opened. Employees will get their salaries but the owner lost money. Let’s see how that balances out in the future!

Car was half cleaned I paid for my car to be washed and waxed half washed and no wash windows wasn’t clean properly. Do you say I’m just not satisfied I’m getting ready to cancel my membership to be honest they can do better. They need to change their drying clothes it just wasn’t a good job

So far it’s been a good car wash for my car. They should get better on the wiping at the end tho and do regularly maintenance on the vacuums so they stay strong. Other than that I have no complaints. Thank you Washville!

Get the monthly subscription here, it’s definitely worth every penny. I have it on all my vehicles.

They manager was very un professional. The lady who took the payment was scolded in front of a customer because she was being helpful by offering a rag to the customer to wipe off the water from her car. The manager spoke to the employee with disrespect and was shouting at her with no regards for the customers who look on at his behavior. I will not go back to that car wash again and I will pass on the bad service I personally received because it happened to me.

The worst. A sign broke off my car in the wash and they didnt even try to fix it. Just handed it to me. And of course, no manager on duty.

So every time I come here they never clean the back or the sides of my car. It’s always still dirty. Yeah third cool it’s free vacuums but it sucks as a car wash. Extremely disappointed. Definitely canceling my membership. Not worth it if it only cleans 1/2 my car. Plus i tip $10 you would think the people drying would at least wipe it down. Not worth it at all! Save your money!

For self Service is too expensive for a car wash and the car doesn't come out clean at all.
