Always an easy trip for a car wash. I just don't understand why they only rinse off one side of the car for a pre-wash
Great Service I love having all the locations
When I’m traveling on LI. I like to wash my car a lot and this works very well one price does all.
In order to get monthly service you have to take reoccurring billing and if you want to do cash your screwed.
The attendant rinsing off the car neglected to rinse off most of the passenger side of the car.
The worst part is these guys have taken over a lot of local car washes since COVID and there is no help, I don't mind tipping a guy to do a good job cleaning the windows and inside along with dressing the tires, now due to theses guys' were shafted.
Washville Car Wash monthly program really pays off having a Jeep. Whether I'm coming home from driving on the beach or decided to take the muddy route to work. A quick and convenient exterior wash is always moments away. I do wish they had attendants vacuuming the interior as well as someone cleaning the inside windows. You're required to do that yourself for an additional fee. I for one dislike cleaning my window (especially the windshield), maybe cause I'm lazy the washes always come out great, I strongly recommend the monthly unlimited wash packages!
The prewash people are lazy they only prewash one side, All except one guy wipes down the vehicle properly. This place used to be better. Many times I don't even tip them now unfortunaly I have to do the final touches myself.
Three major things I love: (1) Easy credit/debit card payment machine, (2) you stay in car during wash, and (3) free vacuum use.
Great and convenient carwash, all the employees are very receptive and helpful which is so hard to find now. My car looks great and I will definitely be getting the monthly package!
Exit ramp near vacuum cleaners needs to be fixed, low profile cars almost always hit. Vacuum cleaners have no suction power compared to other locations. Washing drying is ok.
To be my first time in this establishment
I had good service and no problems with my car.
Chose the midtown wash option. Arrived home, still had bird poop all over the hood, no tire shine (usually get this with midtown) Rear bumper was filthy (white suv) and to top it off the hood ornament was broken off.
They should tell you when it’s down for maintenance with a text message or email so you don’t have to waste your time going there. Besides that it’s ok.
What a relief and total covenience.to get my car washed. SHAZAMMMM I'm impressed not to get out of my car go pay stand in the cold or heat. BOOM car cleaned and not a spot missed! I love it!
I'm not sure what I just paid $25 for. Look for a different car wash or throw a bucket of water on your car.
Worst car wash they don't spray your wheels before u enter tunnel, they don't dry your car
All they do is dry the hood
This should be a $5 car wash not a $25 car wash for the bad service

I have the monthly washville "$35" wash package now since August 2019 and I love it, I go sometimes multiple time's a week to clean my 2 vehicles and I'm super happy with the turn out every time, they added a new ceramic skyline package and my vehicles couldn't look any shinier!
The vinyl advertisement sign they have on their gate came down and scratched the hood of my truck the owner continued to tell me this was MY fault somehow so I cancelled my membership w them. Most businesses admit to being wrong when something like this happens I was flat out told this was my fault. Don’t go here. They don’t truly care abt their customers
