They are very professional. And their website is easy to use to set up service. The crew picked everything up no problem.

They cost most of all, but generally the saying, ”you get what you pay for”, is true. The bill itself can be difficult to understand. The fees change often, and I still don’t fully understand what the billing periods are.
As far as pick up, they’re great. They pick up most anything and leave my yard clean. Lately they have been often a day late in the schedule, I do hope it is a temporary problem due to needing employees like everyone also.

Threw our recycling right in with the garbage. I find this unacceptable. I recycle to keep things out of the landfill and they don't care

Fantastic team of drivers, you get what you pay for, I see people on social media complain about the cost of service for the various companies, I would pay the small difference to keep WM and the consistent quality of customer care from pickup to billing. I have used every available company for one or another of our properties and went back to WM for good

We live in a Victor, NY townhouse community and I’ve never actually met the people that pick up our recycling. However in the fall of 2021 their truck must have needed repairing because there was so much glass on every street in our development. It was cleaned up nicely in a reasonable amount of time, and I’ve only seen one patch of glass near us since that day. The young men that pick up the trash are just incredible! They are so hardworking, very friendly, and have great attitudes and work ethic! They make me love Mondays again!

I ordered new service for our new home a month before service was to start; two wks after service was to begin we still haven’t received our tote and a bin! Absolutely dissatisfied especially because I spoke to a representative this morning and she assured me that we were on the list. I would give zero stars if allowed

We have the best recycling driver. So polite and friendly. Our garbage guys are also very nice and friendly. We can't ask for anything more.

We had used WM happily for years, and continued to after moving.
At our current house, we have the nicest gentleman who picks up our recycling. He goes well above and beyond, often brings our tote and bin to the garage, always smiling and kind.

They are reliable. They always pickup all the garbage and recycling and leave the pickup site clean. They have picked up yard debris too that I have had bagged. Great Service!

Thanks updating previous 1 star. I was contacted later and given an explanation for the non-responds we were getting from customer service when trying to schedule bulk pick up. My bulk pickup was then scheduled issued resolved. Still would recommend automating bulk pick up so that scheduling can be done online.

Regular, dependable service. Website a bit difficult to use, was trying to figure out whether a holiday involved a dayshift and was nonplused. Could do a better job replacing waste containers that have broken handles.

Drivers speed, they almost hit a woman and dog in our neighborhood. Ignored by the road supervisor.

I am moving out of town and need to cancel my service. I have literally trying to call and cancel for 3 weeks and no one ever comes to the phone once they tell you to wait for the next respresentitive. Totally unacceptable. They willl now turn me in to the credit bureau.

Misses regular pick-up and expects a $75 payment to pick-up garbage. Makes excuses that are completely unwarranted. Highly recommend NOT using WM!

Edited to add: WM replied to my review but their “customer service” representative had every opportunity to resolve this issue, and didn’t. Look elsewhere.

Waste Management provides excellent, consistent service. It's nice to have a service that does everything it's supposed to and I don't even have to think about it.

This is the worst trash removal service ever! I've been calling them for 2 wks straight about not picking up the trash, and when they do pick it up it's the next day and they don't remove all of the trash from the cans! It's like they remove 2 or three bags from the can and that's it! No return calls or anything. My next step is to file a BBB complaint. So unacceptable.
