Waste Management (Now WM) - Webster, NY

Better competitive pricing now, they had to do something.losing costumers to other waste removal companies. I've always been happy with WM except price, but they fixed that!

Very professional and dependable. Will not refuse to take all of the garbage/recycling we leave at the road, as others have done in the past. More costly than other garbage removal companies, but you definitely get what you pay for.

WM has always been on time, costs have remained very consistent year to year and I their employees have always been courteous and helpful!

They haven't picked up the garbage at my work in 3 weeks. This is not the first time this has happened. They also are refusing to refund my boss' money

Great service. Always on-time. Take everything that is put out no question. Does not leave any garbage or debris behind. Highly recommend.

I forgot to put my bins out a few weeks ago.ran out with them as you crew was coming back.by my house from the end of our street.without any problem they stopped again and got my bins are were very pleasant about.it.much appreciated.

I was all for their service they offered me 2 months free only a 30 dollar sign up cost lady was really nice on the phone. She took my payment and I did what she said and brought my garbage out to the front of the house, I called Monday to confirm someone will be here and the guy on the phone said yes your service will be there sometime before 5 we’ll now it’s the next day I called and said no one came and the lady says I’m sorry we don’t do services around your area:/, sooo you take my money and get everything signed up for you NOT TO COME? !? ! I’m hoping my refund comes back if not I’m going to be really upset even more than I am now. Now I have to wait till next week with garbage out in my front year for another service to even come!

The 2-Man team who pick up our weekly garbage are excelllent workers and do an outstanding job. We have been very happy with their service.

My trash removal day was recently changed and we forgot to put the trash out. I heard the truck and rushed out, but was too late. I immediately called the company and asked if they could swing back and pick up the trash. After speaking to a customer service representative AND a manger I was told that if they came back I would be charged an $75. After a 20 year relationship with this company I am shocked that there was absolutely NO EFFORT to assist me. Especially given that the truck is clearly still in the area. Today was my last day with this company. Service companies forget-WE ARE NOT HERE FOR YOU-YOU ARE HERE FOR US. Really bad business, Waste Management.

My rates have been raised from $90 to $177 in less then 1 year. Talked with company about this and explained that my neigh ors are paying under $100 every 3 months. After 5 yrs with them they say go find another company if I don't want to pay that price for one trash can. So I am they are unreasonable and don't care about loyal customers

I have never had a problem with waste Management. I live on Whitney Rd and have had this company for over 40 years. They notify you when a holiday changes your normal day. I would like to give a shout out to the guy who picks up on our street. He is very neat. All container's are stacked neatly on the side of our driveway. And if I happen to see the truck I grab my one year old grandson who loves trucks and he waves with a big smile and toots his horn.
