Waterloo Premium Outlets reviews
13Lots of stores to visit. Some were priced like you'd expect an outlet store to be but others had prices that were at retail on most everything offered. Still a nice outlet mall and I recommend you check it out.
Waterloo Premium Outlets has a nice variety of stores and plenty of parking. It is convenient to go when traveling via the NYS Thruway in the Waterloo area.
This Premium Outlet isn’t as large as others but there are still plenty of stores. As this is one of the closer American Outlet Malls to Canada, it gets plenty of Canadian traffic but prices are also higher as a result.
Nothing much here anymore. It was sad to see the outlet malls decline. The food court had 2 places to choose from.
We love the old navy store there. Sooo much better than the one at the Destiny mall in Syracuse.
As with all types of outlets, malls in general, the stores keep leaving and some of new businesses have arrived.
What a shock it was to drive way out there only to find out that most of the better stores were gone, the food court had two restaurants opened and, both had awful food which were way overpriced. 20 years of going there and we will definitely not return. Parking lot was empty other than a RV company who has rented the space for selling. The remaining outlets had little inventory, no significant deals and are absolutely struggling. Covid hit them hard.
I'm not a mall person. When had to go back to Puma because we had a set of shoes with two right feet. They were great. No problems getting my shoe that was missing and returning the double. It was just a pain because I had to go back to the mall. Guess it was partly my fault for not making sure there was a left and right shoe.
This is the store we usually go to in the mall.
Am outlet mall in the middle of the sticks. I guess the college kids from the finger lakes need somewhere to shop? I mostly end up here for the electric car charging. But it's clean and the shop selection is decent
Love these outlet stores. A good selection, and if you go later in the season it will have few shoppers and lots of space to park and move around.
Went to PUMA to get sneakers for my grandsons. Couldn't find the sizer, just did the search & find. Staff was really busy, but friendly
Margaritas Latin food is worth getting off the thruway for even without the shopping! The food court is basically empty but do yourself a favor and get the margaritas food to go after shopping!
Great shopping experience usually pretty busy no matter the time you go. Lots of stores and options to choose from
