This is one of the best, most friendly laundromats I have ever used. My clothes get clean and the staff brighten my day. A+ all around.

You can complain about how your shirt shrank or how they lost your sock (never happened to me) but these are THE fastest, most punctual, available and ontop of it of any laundry service I’ve ever used. Ex A I call at 7 am to request a drop off. They are at my door by 7: 15/20a. I call at 7pm, same thing. Normally everything is ready next day. The transaction over the phone everytime is all but 5-10 seconds since they have our info on file. Bonus: they are now offering text service when your laundry is available.

Two things I will note is that like some other people said, when you give them laundry detergent they will go through a lot of it (how? I don’t know) and when you request “hang dry “they sometimes hang dry but sometimes seems like they put it through the dryer.

All that said, still 5 stars.

The best around. Never shrunken or discolored clothes, and they listen to my picky instructions. Love these guys!

I cannot recommend Waverly Wu Laundry more. Called this morning, they answered the phone on the first ring, they came 20 minutes later to pick it up, followed my washing instructions (they said I just had to write a note and they would do it exactly as I asked), then I called for drop off (again answered on the first ring (this time with my name and how can I help you?) and then dropped the laundry off 20 minutes later. Use them and your time and money will not be wasted.

Used this place for a year and they are easily the best in the area. I moved apartment and I tried someone new and that was a mistake as I've now realized how great these guys are. They stay open a little later than usual and come to pick up and delivery within the hour always.

Don’t use this service. They lie about the number of lbs and will upcharge. Additionally, my items came folded but didn’t smell clean and the shirt I gave them with a stain had stain still and pillowcase had makeup on it which makes me think they didn’t actually wash the clothes and towels I gave them.there’s better laundromats around.

His laundry service attitude is very bad, clothes are always washed with animal clothes, and unsanitary, bacterial infection causes puff damage, washed clothes are lost on the ground, but also more charges, map my credit card, in order to Good health, please don't go to their company to wash clothes. Shameful business

Things that I love about Waverly Eastern Laundromat:

1. I love that this place is within walking distance for us.

2. I love how friendly they are when you walk though the door.

3. I love how impeccably clean my clothes are when I pick them up.

Disappointed to find I was charged double weight of my laundry.
We have been using them for years now and can no longer trust them.

One of the true great local businesses in the neighborhood. Always great service and right on time.

Terrible service! They couldn't be bothered to let customers know their laundry isn't ready yet. So instead, they just give you a bag full of wet and/or damp clothes without heads up. Just flat out terrible customer service

After 6 months of using them for pickup and drop-off dry cleaning, I don't think there's a reason to look for anybody else in the area. They are quick, convenient and professional. If you want into the store you will see how efficient the machine really is.

I've been using them for over two years now. They do pick up and delivery. My clothes always arrive back clean and folded nicely.

They've yet to mess anything up and i've been doing laundry drop off here on and off for years.
