Fast shipping and products always seem to be in stock. On my last order they surprised me with samples of interfacing and thread! The only product that disappointed me was their own brand of nippers- not sharp and pinch when you use them.

Their prices are really good if you can wait for the item (s) to ship. The quality is what you come to expect for long wear. Unless I’m in a hurry for certain products, I normally choose WAWAK for my sewing supplies.

Especially impressed by the comparatively low cost of shipping and it is always prompt. The only concern I have is 'over-packaging'. Excessive use of material to send small items. Other than that, very satisfied.

I found what I needed in their free catalog, wrote down the parts numbers, went online on my smartphone to order, went without a hitch, delivered two days later. Their products are top quality.

For the FIRST time EVER, my order was NOT correct when I received it! I sent them an email about the errors along with a photo and Wawak VERY QUICKLY fixed the problem! (And it was right at the Christmas holiday too!) Got my order of quite a few double headed zipper tapes and I’m so thrilled! How have I not known about you til now? The zippers are perfect, and in so many colors. I’m tired of trying to attach zipper heads to the “zippers by the yard”. I’ll be spreading the word about you, believe me.
