Wax It All, Rochester NY

I came in for a "between the cheeks" and to have my Back waxed. Jenn was awesome. Having the butt done was no issue. Having the back done was great, but it felt weird for a week or so. My wife is amazed with it. I love having Jenn do my waxing. She is so nice and professional, that I will be going back next month.

Came in for a deep cleansing facial by Alivia, she was very thorough and the whole experience was amazing I will definitely be coming back

Hands down 5 stars! I see Jen for all my waxing needs! She’s amazing and makes you feel so comfortable even during the not so comfortable lower regions. Thank you Jen & Wax It All!

Taylor is a very nice and calming esthetician. I was very hesitant to trust someone with services and I’m very glad I met Taylor! 10/10 would recommend

Taylor is absolutely AMAZING.
She made me feel so comfortable and at ease when she did my wax. Her personality is beautiful. I walked in there and my clothes were drenched from the rain. I had a chiropractor appointment just before and got caught in the monsoon. She immediately said, Oh my gosh, can I dry that for you? So as I’m getting waxed my shirt was drying. Really, top notch service. I was blown away and felt so much better having a dry shirt to put on when I was done. The other ladies as well were absolutely wonderful. I could have stayed all day chatting with them. You have an amazing group of ladies working for you. I will NEVER go anywhere else for a waxing. I’m going back on the 22nd for a back facial. You have my business always.

Taylor! She is the best. I come to get a Brazilian every couple weeks and she does it with in 10 min! She rocks, will never go to anyone else!

Taylor is the best lash tech around, I can't imagine seeing anyone else! She is always accommodating to my schedule and quick to respond to messages. I leave my appointments feeling refreshed & confident and consistently get compliments on my lashes! I cannot recommend Taylor's work enough!

I drive 40 minutes just to see Taylor & get a Brazilian! She makes the experience extremely comfortable, talks to you the whole time, & always leave sparkly! Love her!

Stephanie is hands down the best! She’s so easy to have a conversation and connect with! I love getting to see here even for a quick wax. She always has a smile on her face and a great attitude. She has my business forever! I cannot rave about her enough. I recommend her to all my friends.

I saw Steph for a lash lift & tint and an eyebrow wax! She is so sweet and did an amazing job. It was my first time getting a lash lift & tint and she made it a great experience. I am so happy with how my lashes & brows turned out! Highly recommend:)

Mary Elizabeth aka M. E.is the best waxing tech you will ever find! She makes an uncomfortable process not only quick and easy, but fun. She makes you laugh the whole time. Wax It All is a gorgeous salon and convenient. Her team are also awesome. I've had my makeup done there, and the facials are so relaxing. All three salons that she and her husband Mark have are THE VERY BEST! No matter what you need. Waxing, facials, hair, nails.makeup, one of their salons has got you covered! I love this place!

They were racist rude argumentative and mean they stole from me and hung up in my face they would not even finish my service by the way I’m black they did a terrible wax didn’t finish it my begins was prickly and undone and they stole my money for the vajacial I would not recommend service I will b unauthorizing my payment notice all there reviews are people without color they didn’t have to be so aggressive and back and forth me when I was extremely kind and respectful my assistant made an appointment at a different location for me but then I made my own they accused me of wasting there time when they wasted mine

Steph is my go to for Brazilians she makes sure you’re comfortable every single time and gets every last hair. If you’re thinking of trying Brazilians just do it!

I have been to many different places for a Brazilian wax and have been butchered. Then, I started seeing Steph, and she saved the day. My no longer looks like it was manicured by a butchers knife, but the hands of a waxing god. I enjoy every visit with Steph whether she’s waxing my or hairs, I’m never disappointed!
