Webster Veterinary Clinic

I called to have my dog seen and they REFUSED. Later on the same day, not even two hours later I had to put her to sleep at the Emergency Vets in Henrietta. What a HORRIBLE experience for my family. We have been long time customers of Dr. Lewis. She refused to see my baby, not even two hours later she had to be put down.
How is that “Great” service for you?

I cannot say enough about this entire practice. We moved here 2 years ago from CA with a (at the time) 13 year old dog. They immediately treated her like they’ve known her sense she was a puppy. Throughout the last two years we’ve had a few scares with her and each time they have responded quickly and with the up most care. Next week she will be having surgery for a cyst she developed. I am constantly overly impressed by the entire staff and how they respond and reassure me throughout Zoies medical needs. They make us feel safe leaving her with them (we cannot go in due to Covid). I don’t even leave her for grooming so this was a big step for me. Zoie is always comfortable going with them and a wagging tail when she come out. They are quick but efficient. Both Dr. Lewis and Dr. Sementa have cared for Zoie and you can’t go wrong either way. They had VERY high expectations to live up to from the vet we left in CA and I can honestly say they’ve over exceeded our expectations.

Unfortunately you cannot give negative stars so i had to settle for 1 star, if you want to put your pets life and care into the hands of some of the most unreliable, heartless, unprofessional, group of individuals go here! If you want to never recieve a call back at one of the most important times ever, leave a message here! The office manager is a peach too.youll love it here if you and your pet want to be let down and ignored. If you want them to threaten to call the police on you for voicing all of these facts because theyre weak and clearly incompetent then head to webster vet clinic on north ave in webster! Just a great place! And they will probably comment on my review, with a fake heart felt sorry such a misunderstanding, or a rude untrue story of me not answering their calls. I waited by that phone day and night. I actually appreciate you not returning my calls now. Because my dog recieved the BEST care she could have at the end of her life because you turning us away helped me find DOORBELL VETS, they come to your home and your pet feels more safe and secure in their own environment. And PET PASSAGES are amazing, If you need to have your pet removed from your home after an unfortunate passing on dont hesitate to call. The whole process was honorable and respectful. WEBSTER VET CLINIC made me lose faith in humanity, but DOORBELL VETS AND PET PASSAGES restored it.you were warned! This post was deleted at first but it will take alot more than that for me to not let everyone know what ive experienced.

I recently called to set an appt for my dog for an annual due to him not having flea and tick medication and they weren't about to schedule an appt for my dog due to it not being an "emergency". The manager Vicky stated in order to get an appt it had to be an emergency which would be an animal that needs surgery! It was poor customer service and the manager definitely had an attitude through our entire conversation.

The staff here is made up of some of the most compassionate people. They always are quick and friendly. I drive a half hour to go see them, when there are many vets closer to me.

I was a new client seen for an emergency appointment. I was given an appointment within a few hours of my call. Secretary was very friendly and professional along with all staff. My wait time was short. Dr Sementa was professional and took time to explain my dogs issue. The hospital was immaculate. Very positive experience.

The people that work there are all special, very caring and compassionate. I had to have my dog put down, they went out of their way to make me comfortable, let me take as much time as I needed, explained everything to me before it was done, and offered comfort and caring in my time of need. I would definitely recommend them. If you want good, caring, and compassionate care for your pet, go there!

I am not a fan of this vet. I have big dogs and had just moved close by. All the staff (except ne exceptional vet tech) seemed very judgy. I have a very sweet Rottweiler but I get the impression that they don't see "scary" dog too often. I went through my dogs history with them and they scolded me for following another vets recommendation of letting my dog go through heat before spay. I have since switched vets to a wonderful place where the staff are dog people and super supportive.

Dr. Sementa and the rest of the staff at WVC are knowledgeable, friendly, and always provide excellent care to the animals that visit the clinic. Their passion for animals always shines through and their clients are truly treated like their family. We strongly recommend Webster Vet Clinic and are so happy we transferred over to them a couple years ago!

Dr. Sementa and his staff are truly the best. Their level of care, compassion and willingness to go the extra mile for your pet is wonderful. Dr. Sementa is the reason my 14.5 year old Yorkie (with a liver shunt) has lived such a full life. I am forever grateful to him for always giving me the best medical advice for my dogs and cats.

The Doctors and Technicians are great here at Webster Veterinary. They care as much about your pet as you do. They know what is best for your pet. The facility has been remodeled and is very nice and clean. I highly recommend Webster Veterinary!

I am new to the area and was so happy to find this veterinary clinic. Everyone there was so nice and my poor little dog got much needed medication. I am, and will continue to bring my dog, it's a great place.

The staff of Webster Veterinary Clinic are caring, compassionate and very professional. Our pets are always in good hands with these people.

I searched the internet for places in my area that I could call “My home Vet”. I was very happy to have found this wonderful vet clinic. The people are very welcoming, knowledgeable and the atmosphere is really nice. The Vet we saw was a great guy and answered all my questions and concerns. Their love for what they do truly shows. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great place for your pet.

I have been bringing my two dogs to Webster Veterinary Clinic since 2003. They have and continue to receive wonderful care there. My dogs are part of my family and the clinic makes us feel like we are part of theirs.

I had my 1st visit with my new puppy. The whole staff was amazing. Dr. Sementa went and beyond to answer all questions and concerns. The vet technicians showed us some very helpful & hands on tips to care for ears & nails. At the end I was expecting a larger bill as the vaccines & treatments were adding up. The cost after was fair and reasonable. Less than I was expecting. Overall VERY pleased!
