I ended up coming to this appointment alone as I had tried on a bunch of dresses previously. Chloe was so kind and made me feel so comfortable and she listened to all of my wants without pushing me to other dresses. Loved my experience!

Chloe and Wedding Atelier are amazing! I eloped over 35 years ago, so never had a wedding ceremony. My daughter-in-law, who also bought her dress from Chloe, surprised me with a visit after my husband asked me to renew our vows.

Chloe went above and beyond, but this felt like her normal speed to me. She was a great listener and brought me 4 dresses to try on. I ended up buying the first one! I loved her suggestions for how to accessorize my dress. She was friendly, warm and professional throughout our appointment.

Jenna was amazing to work with! I had just come from Kleinfeld and this was such a different experience. Jenna listened to exactly what I wanted and pulled dresses based on my vision. She was super fun and honest which I appreciated since some other consultants I worked with at other salons were either pushy or didn’t give any direction. She knew the stock super well and even ordered a dress for me that the salon didn’t carry to try. I ultimately chose a dress from a designer that WA doesn’t work with, but I really wanted to buy my dress here. Also, the salon is stunning and felt like the dresses were in new condition which makes a difference when you’re envisioning your big day!

This store gives you the true bridal experience that every bride dreams about! The bridal consultants are absolutely amazing and helped me find the dress of my dreams! They took care of me and by bride crew and were so engaging in helping me find the right one and helped me in detail understand the whole process from buying the Dress to alterations! They were amazing and truly made the experience everything it was where I walked out feeling so bridal and happy with my dress and confident in their ability to guide us through the process professionally and with so much care! My experience with Alisa was amazing! She knew exactly what dresses to pick for someone like me who didn’t know where to start!

It was an unpleasant experience. We arrived at the place and immediately felt a negative vibe. Initially they sat us in a fairly comfortable place but then immediately they moved us to another much smaller and uncomfortable area. Don't expect any privacy in the place, it's small and people are on top of you. If you expect an experience of elegance, privacy, and attention with at least a glass of water, this is not the place. Btw the only nice person was the lady that brought us the dresses who btw was interrupted by another lady all the time. The experience was so bad that I only tried 2 dresses and left. All in all, it was a very unpleasant experience.

Experience was great and staff was really friendly. I came in with no idea what I wanted but Chloe was super helpful and guided me well. I would definitely recommend!

First place I went to try on and they pulled so many dresses for me to try and were so helpful and informative and let me try all different styles!

Wonderful selection of wedding dresses. I found one that I had fallen in love with online and was sold within the first 10 mins of being in the store Martuly was so helpful in explaining the process and taking measurements. Highly, highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at Wedding Atelier. Martuly Louis was my stylist and she was amazing - so knowledgeable and able to pull dresses for me based on exactly what I described! She made the overall experience so enjoyable and made me feel comfortable in everything I tried on. I had been to 6 salons and found my perfect dress at Wedding Atelier! I loved that they handle all alterations for a flat fee! Would definitely recommend an appointment here, even if you don’t buy the dress here, it was a great experience!

I don’t know how I feel about this place. Your experience will highly depend on the consultant they pair you with. We had an awful experience the first time around when the girl was incredibly pushy and impatient. We decided to come back because they had lovely dresses and had a better experience. My main issue is that they don’t let you go around and pick out dresses. You have to rely on the consultant to pick stuff for you. If you don’t vibe with your consultant or if she doesn’t understand your vision than forget about it, you’ll feel like you’re missing out on an amazing opportunity just because you can’t go see for yourself. Having said that I still recommend this store to anyone going dress shopping in the city.
