Wegmans, Rochester NY

I've always had a great experience at Wegmans, I appreciate the quality of fruits and vegetables, the store is always clean, the smiles on their faces is enough to make your day, and they are professionally polite. Love my Wegmans Stores!

This is the best Wegmans. Wide aisle and well organized. My only complaint is, why put the bread in the middle of the store? Other than than, this wegmans carries.lots of latino food as well as Asian and European. Nice job!

I appreciate the hand sanitizer located throughout the store. Lanes labeled for easier access to items needed. Staff ready to help when needed. Nice place.

I used to love this place but they are always changing the store around every week and always stop selling what I buy so I go to the one down the street instead.

One stop shop! Wegmans and Big Lots. With Dunkin Doughnut
, and Citizens Bank. Across the street is Aldis with lots of parking and bus line availability.

I love going to Wegmans because as soon as you walk through the door you get a good feeling. At least I do.

Everytime I try to use a gift card it won't work at the register, so I have to wait until Monday to call and this was a new card: (

The sub line was so long they shouldn't hire kids to do subs it's a lot of pressure on them and they end up making everyone's sub slow.

I love Wegmans because they have the freshest fruits and veggies, the friendliest workers, and of course there is that hometown pride. Great food and prices to boot. So for anyone new to the area, my fav Wegmans' are Lyell ave and Hudson ave in Irondeqouit. Come visit!

I absolutely love Wegmans. The customer service is excellent. The produce is always in great condition. There's a great selection throughout the store. And the prices are competitive. We've lived in several parts of the US and Wegmans is by far our favorite Supermarket. We consider it a must see when we have friends in town.

There can be an advantage to shopping late. No crowds, store was fully stocked (maybe prepared for Friday shoppers) except fish and deli which close. But I found a single piece of sirloin steak which is perfect, only wish they had more single size food. Plus the cashier was exceedingly happy.

Ever stock shelves? Almost every item I came in for is not on shelf. Especially sale items. Saw one employee picking nose. Other just in the way chatting with each other or managers. No one doing visable work

I forgot to get rolls and I eas expecting to have to go back and get them
The cashier very kindly asked am associate to get them for me. The associate did so with a genuine smile

I absolutely LOVE shopping at WEGMANS, off Titus! The gorgeous variety gives me inspiration to COOK, COOK, COOK! I can't wait to visit the Grand Kids in summer and get my WEGMANS on!

I do not like there pharmacy staff at all very rude & when I was using wegmans pharmacy they would mess up the order. But other wise the store is great!

Got a sub today. Love Wegman’s subs. Guy making it had to sneeze. I saw him turn away and sneeze into his glove. He even says “I turn away so not to sneeze in the food” My bad. I should of stopped him right there and said “please change your gloves now” I am now sneezing!

A mess. Staff standing around in the way, some socializing others stocking, dirty. Won't go there again.

The staff at this branch was very racist. Security was very unprofessional and forced me to leave their property while i was eating my food in the lot. They said they felt threatened by my presence. They profiled me for my color. Corporate was no help upon inquiry. I strongly encourage all to raise their voice if they come across this situation.
Just being human, i will never recommend this place to anyone.
