Wegmans, Syracuse NY

Great place to shop. Little expensive, and they are often out of stock on the most random items.

Carts have those low crossbars in which I kept banging my shins... Plus the meat, frozen food and produce depts are all about a 1/4 mile from one another, the store is massive!

It's an experience. Always friendly workers. Clean bathrooms. A smorgasbord of items for everyone!

Nice.though I didn't find 1 of the most common herbs at the Fairmount Wegmans Parsley.none in organic or regular sections of the produce area, and as a former employee of one of the syracuse area Wegmans I know how the stores are set up and where to find produce items.

Very friendly and helpful. I don't live in new York but was there visiting friends and we're helpful with their location and very friendly the whole time I was there

They should not allow people into the store without masks on for the safety of everyone. Other than this very nice staff and delicious fresh produce and food!

Don't use the kids changing table in bathroom my daughter cracked her head it fell and hit her told manager they did nothing

This is one of the best Wegmans locations. It's always clean, items are always in stock, and there is the option for self checkout.

Well stocked with everything I needed just 2 days before Christmas.

In the store you need to be a stock (cart) driver.
In parking lot; pretty much the same.
I wouldn't grocery shop anywhere else.

Not a fan of the layout here. Everything is too cramped! And I'm hoping they don't bring self checkout to every store! Awesome Wegmans employees will be out of jobs

Been all over the country and Wegmans makes my shopping experience an awesome adventure. And every person in every department is exceptionally personable and knowledgeable. Hell with 5. Wegmans gets a 10

This wegmens was great. However there was rottweilers dancing in the store, and they were quite riled up. Every aisle had a rottweiler

I Love this place. I am hear 2 - 3 times a week. The people are so friendly. They have a large selection of organic fresh food. Vegetarian & non vegetarian food big time. Come on down and have fun

Wegmans has always been the Cadillac of grocery stores. However, prices keep going up and up, they seem to be pushing their own brands while taking other brands off the shelf, and their produce quality has dropped considerably

I had problems after pressing the "own bag" key. The system wouldn't recognize my bag. But worse, the employee who was monitoring the self check outs was standing about 5 feet away WATCHING my frustration and did nothing to help. I didn't even realize she worked there until I was walking out. Uncommonly poor CS.

Simply. Incredible! Cleanest, most options and very high quality food grocery store. My husband has told me about Wegmans for years and finally going myself, I know no other grocery chain compares! Let's get some of these in the South!

This place is always a mad house way too many people in such a small place. I have also came across some of the rudiest people in Syracuse at this Wegmans.

Wegmans always has enough cashier lanes open. A great selection of products. Best produce. Good meats and seafood. I always can find a motorized handicap cart to shop with. Staples are competitively priced
