Wegmans, Rochester NY

Took my daughter out for a lunch date. $40, no paper plates to be found, no spoons, and the pizza was cold. Usually when they don't ask if you would like it reheated it's because it just came out of the oven, that was clearly not the case.

They've also covered up all the electrical outlets so if you're ever thinking of coming here to have a work lunch, you can forget about that. I actually overheard a conversation at a nearby table between a guest and a staff member. Their hope is that you will eat and leave quickly.

Our future dates will definitely be at smaller family-owned businesses.

No kids play area. Parking is not fun. Not as many items. The worse part is the customers. No one seems to care that they are blocking aisles while mindlessly looking at product or talking to others.

The quality of the food is amazing. And as always the staff is outstanding in every way. You can't beat the experience

Had lunch at the burger bar, reasonably priced then went into the store. Got some stuff from the bakery that the other stores don't offer.

I woulda gave yall a higher rating if you werent raising the prices and lowering portion sizes.you know like you did to the donuts and bagels

They have everything from groceries to housewares it's the very best store it's very clean and the food is excellent

Great place to shop. They would get 4 stars if they didn't keep replacing my fav brands with wegmans versions (made much cheaper too) Don't want them to be the only game in town so I also shop at Tops.

Stopped in for the Taste of Asia bar and the food was disgusting. Very unpleasant surprise considering the food is always on point at Greece location. $10 down the.

I honestly love Wegmans. Generally the staff are great and the stock hads a great selection. In recent years prices have seemed to rise significantly and the spaces are getting really crowded. More and more kiosks sticking out in more places. One big dreamscape for me is there customers in the Pitsford NY location. It's a wealthy location and the uppity behavior abounds here.

Poorly laid out and too busy.

Desicions like putting fancy chocolates by the door, but pet food across the store may help Danny's wallet, but it doesn't help shoppers.

Best pre-pared food section of any of the local Wegmans. Love the Burger Bar (although quality seems to have dipped in the last year) and the many dining options. The store is large and often crowded but they do a good job of making sure there are enough checkout lanes to get everyone through in a reasonable amount of time.

The Wegmans store here is immaculate. Well organized, helpful and friendly staff. They have it all.except kumquats.

Very popular in pitsford huge Wegmans parking getting in and out of the parking lot can be rough but police are out directing traffic to keep things moving.

GREAT place to shop. Large variety. Friendly staff. 2nd time there. Will definitely go again. Gotta check out that Burger Bar that's right in there as well. Really good experience on both times I went there.

The Holy Grail of grocery stores. It's an experience not shopping! Fantastic produce, a huge prepared food area, cheese for days, just an amazing selection of.well.everything! It's a good thing I don't live close to a Wegmans, I'd be broke!

This Wegmans is amazing! It is so clean and I was like a kid in the candy shop walking around in there!

I was in the mood for chips and dip, and after reading the ingredients of several brands of dip, it turns out Wegmans brand french onion dip was the only one not full of s
oy and other garbage. It tastes great too!

Stopped here on my first trip back to Rochester in over 10 years. Still the best grocery store ever. Just waiting for a store in Sumnerville, SC.
