Wegmans Pharmacy, Liverpool NY

I was at the pharmacy today inquiring about RSV shots and Covid shots and Matt offered to give me an RSV shot on the spot, and answered all my questions that another pharmacy didn’t /would not answer for me. Danielle overheard me talking about traveling soon and kindly gave me a few small travel items for my next trip. I love this pharmacy. I also get my medication’s there, and they always run it through GoodRx at my request. They are very attentive to all their customers and always go above and beyond. Thank you for treating a senior citizen with respect. Much appreciated.

Excellent customer service in the pharmacy! My son had a prescription that was going to be extremely expensive. I found a discount card through the manufacturer, and they were diligent in getting it to work for me. I'm not exaggerating when I say it saved my family over $1000. Using the discount card was not straight forward, and it took several attempts to get it to go through. They even took the phone number so they could call the company if they couldn't get it processed, but they did. They could have easily said "I'm sorry, it doesn't work", and sent me on my way. They didn't, and I'm very grateful. We will bring our business to the Wegmans pharmacy any chance we have. Thank you Angie and Tyler for your kindness, patience, and for going the extra mile!

This Pharmacy is pretty bad. The pharmaceutical tech who answers the phone is considerably rude, where communication is significantly lacking. Many prescriptions are not in stock and you're waiting for multiple days. I NEVER had these issues with Kinney's Drugs.

I’ve never had a pharmacist call me to see how a new prescription has been affecting me and see how I’m doing in general, actually a really nice gesture for just a small phone call. Definitely coming back for future medications

First off, the facility and shopping experience is at least 4 stars, but the Wegman branded products are 3 at best from my experience. Meat department and fresh fruit are top notch, but my bottle of mustard was one of the saddest, runniest, things I've ever experienced. Should I judge a chain from their mustard? Yes, it's their brand, they paid money for it. But I hope they step it up.
